Porter Creek is one of those suburban gems that always delivers. The patio is fantastic, and booking the waterfall table gives you the best seat in the house. It feels relaxed, beautiful, and perfect for a slow dinner outside.
The cocktails are amazing and the happy hour is one of the best in the area. My favorite cocktail is the blueberry basil, so delicious and consistent. Service is consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable, which adds so much to the experience.
The Italian sausage and apricot flatbread is one of my favorites. Every flatbread on the menu is delicious, but that one is a standout. The salmon is excellent with a great balance of flavor, and the steaks are solid choices if you want something heartier. The menu has a lot to love, from small bites to bigger entrees, and everything is executed well.
Overall, this is a great suburban restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere, great food, and even better service. A must for patio season.

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect winter coziness. The food felt very medium, the fries especially were just okay. I did appreciate the vast options of N/A beverages. They had a whole page of mocktails and N/A beer and wine. Overall a decent stop in the suburbs, I’d be curious to try more from their menu.

Food & Beverages were delicious! We were visiting w/ a friend from Tennessee, so I completely forgot to capture pics of our food, but it was very good. I did capture the decadent desserts, yum! If you are in Burnsville, MN,definitely worth eating. BTW, the only reason I gave service 3 Stars was due to our wait person, Stephanie wearing too many hats, waiting tables, bartending, etc. She appeared overwhelmed with too much to do to provide great sevice, but pleasant. Good thing it wasn’t busy.

First time here and what a great spot. Cozy atmosphere and great service. Got a seasonal item on the menu (rack of lamb) and was impressed. Perfectly cooked and a great choice of roasted veggies. Pearl onion with mushrooms is such a great flavor combo! I will be gladly returning for meals in the future!

The food was amazing, well-priced for the quality, and seasoned to perfection.
We split an order of the Brussels sprouts, and each had a Arugula and Goat cheese burger, her with the fries and Me with the roasted veggies. The fries are eerily similar in flavor to McDonalds fries, and holy moly were they good. The veggies were roasted to perfection. The burgers were good, seasoned well and cooked to our liking. They were only slightly underdressed with the balsamic, but the overall flavor was there.
We will definitely be back to enjoy some more menu options.

Food always amazing. Surprise to me I offer to pay the bill, it was dramatically lower than I was expecting. This place has fantastic food and staff for a very reasonable price. I will for sure be back!!! You must try the blueberry bread pudding dessert!

Let me start off by saying we have eaten here dozens of times. Tonight I am hoping was their off night. I ordered the half rotisserie chicken and it was horrible. The white meat was the texture of mush and dry like I have only experienced at low cost wedding buffet meals. I am hoping my meal was just sitting at the bottom of a steamer way too long and that Porter Creek hasn’t changed their poultry supplier. Next time we want great chicken I guess we will head back to Doolittles.

I have dined here multiple times over the past few years and have yet to be disappointed. Chicken wings for appetizer were amazing. New York Strip was prepared perfectly and tasted awesome. Service was great! Atmosphere is a little loud but it’s of conversation, laughter and people enjoying a great dining experience, so I would say loud in this sense is okay.
My only criticism would be on the parking, but it was so worth it to walk a few hundred yards for such a great experience.
