It depends on who’s working but you may receive an attitude from the staff or they rush you when you are ordering. There have been times they have made my food wrong and when I asked for them to fix it, they look at me side ways. Also depending on the staff, they make the food in a sloppy manner and just throw it in the box. Today I found a ticket slip touching my food in the box and I had to throw my sandwich away. The atmosphere isn’t too professional. Staff may not be welcoming, they have AirPods in having side conversations or they’re wearing bonnets.

I dont expect much at a fast food joint. Just take my order, get it right and let me take the consequences of eating terrible food. But, this was truly horrible service. First, no one answered the drive thru call box. After sitting for 2 minutes saying “hello” several times, someone finally did. This was at 8:30AM on a Fridayy. When I go to the pay window, workers were playing around, chatting and flirting. While I waited. Then, I get my order and it was wrong. Terrible.

Not sure who the young man with braids is, but honestly he was so kind. I’ve never had a good experience with McDonald’s in Philly, but this young man made my day. Food was good, iced coffee was good, I asked for sugar free (ordered on the app) he made sure I wanted sugar free before filling it up. Great experience, thank you.

The worst customer service. Food is hit or miss. There’s an employee by the name of Sidel who has the nastiest attitude. He replies to a “thank you” with “umhm”.
