I went to McDonald’s like I normally do and the kiosk wouldn’t work, only this time the staff didn’t want to run the register, they asked me to leave because they didn’t want to take my order. The manager then called the police and when they arrived the police automatically arrested me. I suggest shutting this whole establishment down. I have the money. I have the points to get free food. I was humiliated a couple days after Christmas because of this establishment. I suggest reprimanding the Manager. Time was 12pm on December 27th, 2025. All I wanted was a cheeseburger. I rode my bike there from my house just to get a cheeseburger. Now my bike is stolen and lost. Now let that sink in… My son is a Ronald McDonald child. I donate to the Ronald McDonald foundation. This is an absolute outrage.

The manager who is big, black, and bald was rude. I ordered a big breakfast with pancakes. I politely ask if I could order a steak instead of sausage in the pick up window and willing to pay for the price difference, the manager said “I’m not doing that “ with an attitude and meanest way. He could’ve simply told us to go back in line, but instead he didn’t.

Employees are borderline racist, I’m standing at the counter for 10 minutes as black employees bring orders up front, passing me multiple times, but yet they are asking black customers what they want or needed. I finally grab this black guys attention and he looks at me like I’m a criminal. If you want your food fast and aren’t black id suggest going somewhere else to get better service.

Don’t know why I keep going back. My order is always sloppily made or not right. Buns are rubbery, like it’s a week old. Fries cold. Flip a coin that your drink is correct. Not a friendly staff on drive thru.

This review is specifically for management The ongoing issue here is not the food but the lack of urgency and awareness from the staff Orders take far too long customers are ignored, and there is no sense of time management. As a customer it feels disrespectful to have our time wasted repeatedly I strongly recommend that management reassess staff training and customer service standards This location has potential, but leadership needs to step in and fix this

Placed a mobile order 1hr-45 mins in advance for breakfast, and normally the prepping takes longer on the app and I arrive around 10:50 hoping my order would be ready only to check my app to see my order had been canceled and for whatever reason the place started lunch early??? Like I had my order placed enough time for it to be done and I waste my time even driving to the place. This location has always done breakfast until 10:59 but all of a sudden yall will just decide to do it whenever you feel like it.

Fyi to DoorDash/Uber drivers, almost every time I come here for an order at this location they “close early to clean” (over an hour before they’re supposed to actually close) and refuse to give you the order even if it’s sitting in the window I just wasted my gas and time for a $35 order because of their bs, I would recommend NOT accepting doordash/Uber orders at this location after 12AM or 1AM. And whoever wrote the close sign saying “sorry we is close” needs to go back to school and re learn proper english ♀️

Went to this location for the first time and last time!! Walked in ordered on kiosk then proceeded to wait 20 mins for my food. You think it would come out hot and fresh but nope. Cold fries and nuggets and on top of that the order wasn’t even right!! Go to the counter and you can’t even get anyone’s attention to help you. The place was absolutely disgusting. Trash all over almost every table and customer we cleaning off tables themselves so they could sit down. They also don’t allow refills for dine in customers

Very disappointed I got there at 3:30 am they don’t close until 4. They did not answer the drive through so I drove around to the window, there were two people in there closing down and refused to serve or talk to us. Just a little disappointed in this establishment.
