Presentation of breakfast was top notch. My server, Jessica was attentive and very kind and always had a smile. She refilled my coffee a half dozen times. After a long day of fasting and a visit to the local VA facility. It was good food and excellent atmosphere to dine. Not many restaurants place their silverware and napkins on an extra plate but Keke’s does. Thanks again to Jessica for her superb service. I’ll definitely be back on my next drive up to the VA.

Heather B was absolutely amazing. She was on point with time and refills. We had coffee as well and every server that walked by was very attentive asking if we needed refill on coffee or anything else. Rich in the kitchen made our eggs and they were absolutely amazing and cooked perfectly. Definitely will continue coming here.

Disappointing experience at the Cape Coral location
We have always been satisfied customers of Keke’s Breakfast Café, but our New Year’s visit to the Cape Coral location was very disappointing.
From the start, we noticed poor service. Apparently, they were having internal issues, as all the staff members were in a bad mood and provided service in an unfriendly manner. It took over 20 minutes to serve our order, and when it finally arrived, the pancakes were hard, the famous home fries were burnt, the eggs benedict were overcooked, and the toast was also burnt.
We hope measures will be taken to improve customer service. If they don’t have enough staff to operate properly on holidays, it would be better to remain closed rather than offer service of this quality.
Despite this bad experience, we trust this is an isolated incident and hope they will return to the standards that have always characterized them.

So disappointed. This used to be our favorite breakfast place. I asked for crispy bacon, had to return it because it was half cooked and so grossly. This is what came back to me. The slimmest slices I’ve ever seen and deep fried.

This is our first time at Kekes in Cape Coral the food was really good, decent price and the service was excellent. The server Sonia was very friendly, superb attentive and perfect in her service. She deserved 5 stars and she would be the #1 reason we comeback. I usually don’t leave reviews but had to leave this one because positive feedbacks sometimes shows excellences.

So we love Kiki’s and have always had a pleasant time even when it is busy they do their best, but we went today and the food as normal did not disappoint it hit every note, the service was great UNTIL our waitress “misplaced” our debit card and forgot that she had infact taken it . We had the alert on our phone the bill had been paid so I walked up to the now clearly stressed out lady to simply let her know that it had been charged so we did not get double charged. It was now that she let me know ok I’m looking for your card .she came back a moment later with it and said it was right over here but you as in me did not have to rush and bark at her. Me: no sweetie I did not bark I just did not want a double charge and wanted to know where our debit card was . I understand that it stressed her out but coming at me like I attached her was unnecessary considering she “misplaced” and just “forgot” to grab it

Sonia took care of us so well on our breakfast date! We enjoyed the omelette, waffle, potatoes, and bacon! What a treat to have such fresh ingredients and a well cooked meal!
