I’ve never had Culver’s before and after eating here once, we came back again before we left. Both burgers and onion rings were delicious. Not to mention, the kids meal comes with ice cream instead of a toy. I would definitely come back to Culver’s.

I absolutely love Culver’s their food is always fresh, I have never had a bad experience when it comes to their employees all always fantastic service, the restaurant is always clean as well as their restrooms, and they have the absolute best milkshakes hands down!! I definitely prefer theirs over Dairy Queen. Dairy Queen is just a 3 min drive from my house and I’d rather drive all the way across town at least an 8 min drive to get Culver’s shakes instead of Dairy Queens.

First off, the food was incredibly delicious! I had the mushroom and cheese burger, and let me tell you—it was mouthwatering! The flavors were spot-on, and the burger was cooked to perfection. The fries were equally amazing—crispy, golden, and just the right amount of salt.
The service was impressively quick and efficient, which made our visit even better. The employees were very polite and welcoming, adding a warm touch to our meal. The restaurant itself was clean and spacious, with multiple seating options to choose from, whether you’re in the mood for a cozy booth or a more open table setting.
One thing that really stood out to me was how accommodating they were with my service dog. They didn’t make a fuss at all, which made the dining experience stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family, including our furry friend.
I’m highly recommending Culver’s in Richmond, IN, to anyone looking for a great meal with excellent service in a welcoming environment. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall the food is great. Butter Burgers can’t be beat. …but…I don’t not recommend the fish in any form. Very greasy. Ii bit into my fish sandwich and the grease literally ran down my arm. Loved the chili though.

Drive thru lady didn’t get half our order correct. I asked to add bacon on my sandwich, she asked to confirm that I wanted bacon added, I said yes. We wanted onion rings instead of fries in the combo meal, she asked to confirm that we wanted onion rings, we said yes. We got our food, we got fries instead of onion rings, and no bacon on my sandwich… why even ask to confirm what we wanted if you weren’t going to fulfill the request??? Yes must mean no to her . Their parking lot and drive thru are ridiculous.

Dude your cash register employees are wicked fast. Literally they need to slow down. I know yall want to go home but damn I can’t even think without them asking the next question. Missed out on the special burger this month because your cash register employee wants to rush me through to go home. Food is good but gotta slow it down. This is Indiana right?
