Food loving friends: If you are a fan of Indian Cuisine, then do I have a place for you! Royal India in Sandy is my current food OBSESSION. We’ve been eating there almost weekly for a couple of months now. I get their Lamb Boti Masala and my partner gets their Lamb Coconut Korma… y’all it is heaven in a bowl. Their rice is so fragrant and delicious I could eat just that by itself and be happy. The portions are amazing, their naan is amazing, I could drink 7 mango lassi’s and never get tired of them. Their staff treats you like family, and the atmosphere is so charming. Don’t feel like going out? They’re also available on DoorDash. Trust me friends. If you like Indian food, you will NOT be disappointed.

My sister recommended this place and we enjoyed our experience here. We ordered Lamb masala, chicken coconut kurma, saag paneer and everything was good. The curries were delicious. We ordered all mild spiciness and the spiciness was very light and still delicious. The service was excellent. We have a water pitcher to refill our own waters and they made sure everything was okay at our table. We will definitely be back whenever we come to salt lake city

I cannot get enough of this wonderful restaurant. Sometimes I get the chicken tikka masala, sometimes I get the saag aloo, every time I am completely satisfied. My friend really likes the vindaloo, another friend of mine likes the coconut korma. I believe any dish you get from Royal India will give you a smile. Don’t forget your naan!

This is my local curry place. I have been going for years. The quality is good, however as the prices steadily increase, the amount of actual food in the dishes decreases. Fewer and fewer pieces of lamb and chicken and saag in each dish. It has reached the point where if I am shortchanged yet again on the dish protein density, I will stop going.

We have been here a few times now and it never misses! The curry and rice is so aromatic. I recommend the lamb rojan josh and the mango lassi! The overall vibe is very peaceful definitely would recommend for your next outing! Each dish is enough food for 2 people so its never too expensive when we go which only adds to my love for this place.
