I stopped by Bojangles the other afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean, the staff was polite, and my Cajun chicken biscuit was hot and perfectly seasoned. My order was correct (which I truly appreciate), and everything came out quickly. It’s nice to see a fast food place that still takes pride in service and quality. I’ll definitely be back.

When you can actually get what you want to order, it is a decent place to go. The problem is, there’s always a wait, the restaurant closes at 10 PM, but an hour or hour and a half before close, they are already stopping production of chicken. I’m not sure who the boss or manager is, but I’m pretty sure they are missing out on a good amount of money and reputation, because of the lack of leadership, accountability, and production.

Great experience EVERY time I come here. They have never once missed the mark on a single item I’ve ever ordered and the staff don’t act like I’m putting them out by just being there. I fly into Richmond quite frequently and always make it a point to stop. Yall set the example for what any dining experience should be.

You have to have time and patience when going to this store, if you have to order something that is not normally ready but is on the menu….. CANCEL IT! they are friendly workers that move at a snails pace. Good eating when u finally get it. ♂️

If a business doesn’t close until 10:00, why at 8:30 is there not anthing available… I understand closing up the kitchen as it gets closer to that time but an hour and a half before and dinner nor breakfast items are available. What’s the point of even being open?

Bojangles has become one of my favorites for fried chicken. This location is not very far from the I-64 East exit, so it was a good spot to make a stop coming from Richmond, VA. The only downside was most table looked like they have not been cleaned. We went for a late lunch, so they probably have not had a chance to clean the tables after the lunch rush.

Update: if I could give them zero Stars I would .Do not go after 8pm they will give you anything. The staff is playing while one of the employees kids were running all through the dining rm area. I requested my food to be cooked when I ordered and stated that I would wait. What a disappointment never again I waisted $10 for a rubbery chicken sandwich that tasted like it had been warmed in the microwave it had Mayo on one side no pickle on it and it was awful. I like chicken so I always order the 3 wing dinner. Sometimes I purchase it early in the morning so I can have it for lunch and yes they also serve breakfast all day. If you like barbecue you need to try their barbecue sandwich two for $5 it’s really good

They said they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 even though the sign says all day…get outta here with that! They didn’t put gravy on my mashed potatoes and gravy…get outta here with that!!! Their drive thru speaker is barely audible…get outta here with that!!!!!! The lack of breakfast and gravy ruined Christmas and the entire 2025 calendar year!!!! 16NOV21 Back for another 2 breast dinner. Sure do like BOJANGLES chicken. 11SEPT21 So GLAD the “dine in” option is available again!!! I have really missed being able to sit here and savor the AWESOME 2 BREAST DINNER with mashed potatoes, a FANTASTIC biscuit and sweet tea. DELICIOUS chicken!!! FAST, FRIENDLY SERVICE!!! And the sweet tea is AWESOME. Convenient location.
