I know its alot but….
Walking in was very inviting and the smells were amazing. The wood smoke, the rotisserie really pulled you in. Im going to say the service was awesome. Noah was our server, very attentive. Gave us time to enjoy our appetizer and drinks without a rush to order dinner. My wine flight was definitely yummy.
He ordered a platter with jalapeño sausage and brisket. He really enjoyed the sausage and cornbread with the honey spread.
I got the peppered bourbon sirloin with mushrooms and onions with steamed veggies. Unfortunately the veggies as basic as they were was the best part of my meal. That was the driest toughest piece of meat ever and it wasn’t even hot. Everything on my plate was cold. The butter was literally a glob on top. I didnt complain. My man shared his food and the feral cats outside will be eating “sirloin” tonight. I will try again bit definitely never order the steak again.

Yall. Look, this was our first time coming here, and I wasnt expecting a grand meal but the food was barely warm, and it was a slow Tuesday night. Our server was wonderful, but the food was mid. My husband’s and I first visit. We’ve lived in the for quite some time and I am not sure why we’ve never tried Grizzly’s before but they’re better quality than other eateries around here and worth the price and service. I’m a Texan and I Love Brisket and Grizzly’s Brisket DID NOT disappoint! We had two lunch platters and an extra side and their famous smoked cheese curds! We paid around $80 bucks. The portions were substantial for the cost. Enough to share our plates with each other and try everything out. Coming back again for my Birthday. This is my new favorite, guys. Thank You very much.

And let me talk about those potato fries for a second. I honestly could not stop talking about them. Crispy, flavorful, and easily one of the best sides I’ve had in a while. The portions were generous too — definitely an eat-all-you-can kind of experience, with enough left over that you can even take some with you.
Overall, the service was solid from start to finish, the food was consistently good, and the environment made it an enjoyable stay. This hotel isn’t just a place to sleep — it’s a place where you can relax, enjoy great meals, and feel taken care of. Definitely a good treat and a spot I’d gladly return to. First walking into this restaurant, you get a smell of the wood fire, and it instantly relaxes you and you know it’s going to be good. The kids menu was great and had a little and big appetite menu for them. We started off with the artichoke dip, which everyone said we would enjoy, and it was great. Chunks of artichokes and the chips looked like they made them there, we forgot to ask. Our food, did come out cold, seams like they had our food ready then made our child’s cheese burger. That being said, even cold out steak and potatoes were mouth watering. We sent them back to just throw the steak back on for a minute to heat up, and add gravy to the potatoes to heat them back up. Cheese burger with bacon, chicken tacos, brisket, and 6oz steak. Everything tasted wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone.

March 1, 2026 – This marks our second visit to this establishment. The culinary offerings were satisfactory; while not exceptional, they were certainly not subpar. A notable observation was the substantial fat content in the steak, estimated at approximately 25% of the total portion. The mac and cheese serving size was comparable to that of a side salad. Conversely, the Grizzly Egg Rolls met expectations.
Service was somewhat delayed, particularly regarding a request for napkins and a soda refill. It is worth noting that the restaurant was operating at approximately 20% capacity during our visit.
