Depends on time you go and staff sometimes they make the best food ever. perfect portions, food is actually cut good, there is actually seasoning and sauce and they make moneys worth of the food. sometimes they cut the food awfully and proportions are bad and there is sauce leaking out everywhere. but most of the times it’s good. but please, FIX THE POTHOLES. love this taco bell but my car will need new tires if they don’t get fixed. so watch out there is like 50 10 foot deep potholes especially at night it’s easy to fall into them.

This location specifically should receive zero stars due to their poor customer service and lack of care. TB is questionable, in my opinion already, but agreed to order anyway. I’ve now ordered two times from this location and waited close to an hour for my order that was placed on the app.

First time, they had me park so that someone could bring out the food. I had to go inside after waiting some time to find out that my food was just sitting on the counter, cold. Second time, I couldn’t wait any longer and asked for a refund. Was told that they couldn’t do so and that I had to do it online. That was a lie and I had to contact TB directly to complain about this store and get my money back. Don’t waste your time and money at this place, there are so many other, better & healthier, options out there including people that will serve you with a smile.

This Tacobell should have its franchise license revoked. Every single time I decide to eat here it’s 20 minute wait or more in line or for food. Corporate needs to fully replace the management or make a big change. This establishment does not meet the standards of the franchise.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have never been more repulsed or disgusted by a restaurant in my life. I ordered a Luxe Box Meal from the Taco Bell in Little Falls, and to my absolute horror, I found a LIVE CRICKET TAPED SHUT inside my meal. Let that sink in. A live insect. Not just casually in the box, but deliberately TAPED IN like some kind of twisted joke or sign of a completely deranged kitchen.

We called the store expecting, at minimum, an apology or a manager to handle the situation like a professional. You know what we were told? To “call the bank and dispute the charge.” That’s it. No apology, no refund, no ownership, nothing. Are you SERIOUS? We’re talking about contaminated food and a complete public health hazard. This isn’t just a bad experience, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This location clearly doesn’t care about hygiene, safety, or basic human decency. We deserve more than our $10 back, we deserve accountability and for someone to actually do something about this. I’ll be reporting this to the local health department because no one should ever have to open their food and find something alive inside. Absolutely revolting.

Place is next to highway so it’s very easy to get in get out. It’s perfect for fast food restaurant. It was very clean inside and employee were very friendly. It’s disappointing when the food isn’t made right. Nobody wants to eat a meal that’s overloaded with beans. Veggie Mexican pizza’s have been a huge let down. It’s like eating a tray of beans. They need to be trained better on how to make the vegetarian items. My latest order had moldy tomatoes on it. Absolutely repulsed by this.

On average, this place is usually good. It’s probably one of the busiest Taco Bells I’ve been too. Of all the times I went, I think I’ve only had one real issue but it was with the manager at the time. Anyways, food is usually good and fresh. This place is clean too. Definitely recommend it for a once in awhile place to eat.

I have been sitting in the drive thru of this Taco Bell for about 20 minutes. Was told to pull up and my order will be out shortly. After waiting and seeing other people receive their orders a worker comes out and asks if I’m waiting for a mobile order. Was the first car in the line but somehow they presumably either never started our order. It took them nearly 10 minutes to realize. (Finally received order) Wasn’t given any acknowledgment or apology for the incompetence (it wasn’t busy at all) the worker who exited as obviously to high to work properly

Avoid at all costs! This restaurant cannot serve a correct order to save it’s life! Either they cancel online orders, the order is missing items or is never delivered at all. Please, save yourself, order from other Taco Bell locations and avoid this one like the plague.
