The employees at this place were super friendly and helpful. This was my first ever to eat at Chic Fil A and it was a good experience most because of the tone set by the staff. The food was good but the gluten free bun was dry and broke apart before I was done eating. I have eaten at one other ChicfilA since this visit and maybe not return for the food but if I were to be near this location, I would return.

I’m so sad! I’ve been eating 2 chicken strips, a small order of fries and one ketchup for a few years now. I was a bit sad when the price went over the $6 mark, but it has been fairly steady. On Tuesday, March 3, it was $6.23. I walked in this evening, March 4, and over night the price went up 73%! When the girl told me it was $10.78, I had to ask her to cancel the order! I guess I’m not going to be able to eat there any more. Even if I was wealthy, that is ridiculous.

I love Chick-fil-A but this store needs help to train their employees better. I placed my order in the drive-through this morning and drove off and it was wrong. I wanted a sausage egg and cheese muffin with pepper jack cheese and no American. I got a chicken egg white pepper jack muffin I returned it and then I got a biscuit with sausage, egg, and pepper jack. I returned it. I finally got the right sandwich and it was cold, the bread was not even toasted and it was so dry I could hardly swallow it. I just brought it back into them left it on the counter, told them what was wrong. I figured I will just go to a different store and hopefully get a better outcome. Should’ve got my money back, but I was too upset and tired of being there! Moral of the story, check your order before you leave the drive-through line, even if it backs it up.

They need to have a better set up for the mobile orders. It really sucks having to wait twice as long to order your food because five people go ahead of you. This is the number one reason why I avoid eating here.

Waited in the drive through for breakfast for 20 minutes this morning. Not just me. It was painfully slow for everyone and no one working there had any hustle. I avoid this Chick-fil-A because they are slow as molasses. It’s like they are always caught off guard that there are customers.

Placed an on line order to feed everyone at work. Immediately called the store and was assured/promised the order would be ready at the requested time. We go to pick order up and they had not even started making the order, keep in mind they were given an entire hours to pull this off. We called to ask when was given the run around about this can’t look at that etc… lot of excuses in my opinion. Not likely to order the large order to feed the entire shop

Absolutely the worst store I’ve been to. Don’t even try to pick up a to go order from them! They simply don’t care and most of them move like snails…

$20 minimum to order delivery from GrubHub kinda screws over individual people who don’t want to be wasteful.
After looking at other reviews, I guess it’s kind of a blessing in disguise that I couldn’t order. Yuck.

Slowest Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. Took 45 minutes to get through the drive through. Mediocre chicken breakfast isn’t worth the wait. We also couldn’t get breakfast by the time we go through the drive. Worst experience there ever.
