My husband & I had a wonderful date night on a Friday at Pierro’s. Making a reservation was super easy, got there early & was seated immediately. Our waiter Rob, came right over to greet us & was just amazing from start to finish. All the food Items came out quick & hot. We enjoyed all our dishes, we would definitely order the lobster ravioli & chicken piccata again! The Tiramisu for desert was absolutely delicious. We even had a nice chat with the manager Kathleen, learned a lil history of the restaurant & also shared some future ideas.
A+++ recommend!

Food 10/10.
Service 8/10
Ambience 9/10

Well known food influencers here for NC/NJ/NYC. Just want to start by saying they are definitely top 5 in the triangle and they are not #5. Coming from someone who eats at restaurants daily and are regulars at many places. Many local owners know us very well because we dine out and review restaurants daily. Typically I just post on my page but I’ve been thinking about this place since we left because they are so good so wanted to leave a review lol. This is a very nice place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHECKING THEM OUT

Now- We were a bit skeptical of the waiter at first but that changed after we finally ordered or after he saw the amount of food/drinks we ordered. He then became very attentive. We kept asking for a few minutes to look at the menu and he would return in seconds and was rushing us. There were also a few comments made, that made us side eye him. Got some excellent video content of this place and posted it on my page recommending that my followers check it out if they are in the area. Overall we rate them a 9.5/10. If the service was on point it would def be a 10. The food is the star of the show. We ordered a decent amount of food and drinks for 2 ppl. Was going to order a ribeye but the note about not guaranteeing well done so I went with the Salmon Picatta. To the owner whoever is in the kitchen, take care of them please lol. We also ordered other drinks (not pictured but very good).

Been coming to Pierro’s for a long time and the food is always on point. Everything we’ve had has been delicious and consistent, which is why we keep coming back. It really feels like one of those places you can always count on.

Big shoutout to the main manager, Kathleen Fair. She’s honest, handles situations the right way, and genuinely cares. You can tell she’s a good person with a great personality, and it makes a difference in the overall experience.

Highly recommend Pierro’s if you’re looking for great Italian food and a place that treats people right.

Amy was so helpful and informative. I have a hard time finding places to eat having intestinal issues and she was great with finding the right dish for me and my husband who is picky. The cooks did an amazing job on the food and if I can drag him out again I will be back to try something new

Angel truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What stood out the most was how he elevated our wine experience — he didn’t just serve it, he taught us how to properly taste and appreciate it. It felt like a mini masterclass and made the evening feel even more special.

He was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel completely taken care of without ever being overbearing. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality set the tone for a fantastic night.

If you’re dining here, ask for Angel. He genuinely enhances the experience.

We come here regularly and love Rob and both Vons, as well as Amy. The food is great and they rotate dishes seasonally. The chef here is fantastic.

Some favorites:
Lobster carbonara
Chicken picatta
Gnocchi

The garlic knots are worth the visit alone. Rob makes a great cosmo.

I came I solo for dinner while traveling, and sat at the bar. I had the best service from Rob, who made excellent recommendations, went above and beyond to make sure I was able to try everything I wanted as a newcomer. Everyone loves Robb and I could definitely see why, he’s one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had.
The inside was clean and inviting, decorated beautifully, and I can’t wait to come back in the warm weather and sit outside. This place is perfect for a quick meal or a romantic date night. I will definitely be back! Thanks Rob!

First I want to say that the interior design was very esthetically pleasing. Our server was pleasant. However the service (management) and food was not very much pleasing at all. My family and I came here for my son’s birthday and we were very displeased with our experience. First, we were expecting real authentic Italian food and that is not what we got. The first thing we noticed is the garlic knots are not made with real butter or with good quality olive oil it seems to be some kind of vegetable or canola oil. Second the gnocchi dish had no flavor my daughter was very disappointed. The pizza dough was not flavorful it tastes cheap like bland bread. The appetizer wings taste like they came from Publix. Our entrees were cold and when I spoke with management they just made excuses as to why our food was cold and did not bring us new food. They simply just reheated it. We work hard and we pay our hard earned money. Therefore we expect quality food and service and Pierro’s did not live up to our expectations. It is disappointing that this restaurant feels entitled so much so that they cannot even provide us with quality food and appropriate accommodations. We will not be returning and most certainly we do not recommend. -Blessings

I used to dine at Pierro’s Italian Bistro often with my husband years ago and always loved it. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

The service itself wasn’t terrible, but the way the food issue was handled was very disappointing. I ordered the beef short ribs, one of my favorite dishes that I also make regularly at home. I was excited to find them on the menu, but the first plate came out with barely any meat mostly fat. When I asked for a replacement, the manager came out and explained that “the fat adds flavor.” While that may be true, I was paying $30 for beef short ribs, not fat.

The second plate wasn’t much better. The portion of actual meat was bite sized at best, and when I tasted it, the flavor was off. It had a rancid taste, which my mom also confirmed when she tried it. I let the waiter know the replacement wasn’t acceptable and asked if the meal could be removed from my bill since I could barely eat it. Instead, the manager only offered 10% off. That felt unreasonable considering I didn’t touch the meal beyond one or two bites.

This experience left me disappointed and unwilling to return. I used to love Pierro’s, but after this visit, I can’t see myself coming back

Great spot to eat Italian cuisine. Good drinks and the food was amazing. The chefs don’t like to change the dishes or provide substitutions. I ordered the braised short ribs, they were so tender and flavorful. The cocktails were good as well. The meatballs had too much ricotta cheese, they definitely could have used less and saved the waste. Jose was our waiter and he did a great job, making us feel welcome.
