This McDonald’s was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I stood at the front counter waiting for a staff member, but no one acknowledged me. Thinking they were busy, I decided to order through the kiosk, just needing two large coffees. After completing my order, I waited another five minutes, yet no one showed up at the counter. Meanwhile, someone else walked in and began ordering at the kiosk. Looking around, I noticed everything was filthy—the tables, walls, and floors were covered in a thick layer of grease. It was disgusting. Unsure if the photos I took captured how bad it was, I can only describe the place as a complete disaster. The food was food for McDonalds, and my kids enjoyed playing on the indoor structure! The women’s restroom was very gross though, so I made sure to notify the staff so they could address the problem. While there, the staff did a great job mopping and making sure other parts of the restaurant were clean and welcoming.

As soon as I walked in i was greeted by a very slippery floor that i assume was grease of some, with no sign at all. After waiting at the counter for about 2-3 minutes I decided to use the kiosk. Wondering why my food is taking more than 15+ minutes for 2 people i look back and see 3 of the worker, two of which had red dyed hair, were all just standing there socializing. The bigger red haired person was being loud and obnoxious to the point you could hear them in the play area. After that I turn around to see 4 of the workers sitting at a table talking while still waiting on my food. Took us 3 tables to find one that was semi disgusting from all the food and sauce on them. By far the worst mcdonald’s in the area.

Used to go here a few times a week because it’s along my route. After they messed my order up three times in a row and refuse to fix the ability to add a large water in the drive through, ya I’m done. Fix your stuff, even your employees say you won’t fix it, that’s sad.

2/16/26 13:30pm picked up mobile order and sandwich (hot honey bacon mccrispy) had 1 strip of bacon and was on a regular bun. Also ordered extra hot honey packet and got hot mustard. Tried calling several times and no one answers the phone. Just want what I paid for… guess you dont have to fix mistakes if you don’t answer the phone. As my lunch break is over I can’t go back and complain. Someone needs to let the owners know that the phone they pay for at this location may as well be disconnected.

We won’t be going here ever again. I’m assuming the person at the front register was management (nice jacket and not the same uniform as the other staff) and he didn’t even bother to look up when we approached. We ended up using one of the kiosks. The food was to be expected from a McDonalds, but I cannot overstate how absolutely filthy this restaurant was. Interestingly enough there were two staff members cleaning, essentially just pushing the grime and filth around. If their lobby looked like that I can’t even imagine what the kitchen looked like. We promptly threw our food out and left and will never go back to the Schoolcraft location again.

I visit this McDonald’s everyday before work and some days after work. All I ask for is hot fries and food. I politely asked for replacement fries and a refund on the cold fish sandwich. I was given a full refund because I was unhappy with the food. I received no hot fries tonight. The Manager says since they could not make me happy they will not serve me. Thank you for your time. This McDonald’s will not have to worry about me asking for hot food again. I have 4 years of proud service to McDonald’s (including this location) and this location has become a shame. Service here has gone down over the years. I have been frequenting this McDonald’s since 1992. Not anymore. I hope your experience is better, but I doubt it

Overpriced compared to the one on 9th. Terrible service. If you like stale bread, burned dry burgers, and cold dry fries, this is the place to go. Also if you hate yourself, go here.

Been in here 8-10 times in last few months and ice never works on beverage station. Tables almost always are not cleaned well or just has crap on them from last diner. Drive through service is excellent though so I no longer go inside. Last time I went inside an employee was dropping F Bombs on the floor while kids were around. Manager said nothing to her while she stood by her.
