We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. First visit to Smyrna,TN location. We were not disappointed. The food portions are plentiful and delicious. Prices are reasonable. The breakfast potatoes were too salty (taste before adding salt) Come hungry, and you will leave happy!! Oh this seasonal menu is nice!!! I hope your experience is as good as mine.

First Watch absolutely blew me away! The bacon, oh my god, the bacon! The crispiest parts just dissolved in my mouth while the fat parts melted perfectly. I ordered the trifecta with some modifications and do not regret it one bit, even though the final bill came out a tad bit more than I was looking to spend. Please do yourself a favor and loosen your budget just a little bit for this elevated brunch experience. It’s absolutely worth it and best enjoyed with friends. You won’t be disappointed!

First watch in Smyrna is always a great restaurant to go to for breakfast/brunch. Their service is always great. I tend to stay away from there on the weekends because they do appear to be quite busy on the weekends. Sometimes a wait, even possibly. We always have great service and the food comes out hot and super tasty. I really do like this place and glad that they are here. We have been many times over the years without any major complaints. another thing that I’d like to point out is, I’ve seen the same employees there for many years. This must mean management is great. Kudos to this location.

If I’ve ever had a five star brunch it was here. It makes any other 5 seem like a 2. Everything is perfect. Even though there was a wait time the host is very polite and there is an entire system in play for seating including SMS notifications. The servers are amazing and fruit drinks alone are so well made I almost ordered a cocktail. My “Works” Omelette was perfect in every way with a great balance of veggies and meat inside a delicious egg. Even the multi grain toast was good. For a sweet side I had a Banana Almond Crunch Pancake with Sugar free syrup and it was better than any one pancake I’ve ever tasted and once again the fruit drinks are delicious. A tasteful snap of ginger, blended expertly.

Delicious food and fantastic service. There are plenty of free parking spots. It does get very busy here at times so, be prepared to wait for a table.

Quick clean and friendly service. We ordered, “The B.E.C.” And the “Floridian French Toast.” We opted for seasoned potatoes with the bec instead of fancy salad and glad we did. The potatoes are so good, seasoned very well without being overwhelming. The sandwich itself on sourdough was a good choice. The French toast could use a little more toasting so it didn’t feel so much like uncooked bread but with flavor was good and the fruit was fresh, not over ripe or soggy. Our server was so sweet. Giant menu and our server was able to help show popular choices etc.

We heard good things and decided to try this place out and it was definitely a treat! Naidelyn our server was kind and attentive, she had good energy. The food was lovely and the place was nice and clean. I loved what I chose from their juice bar and there were a lot of good options on the menu. Definitely a great place to get some breakfast/brunch!
