I absolutely HATE the location on 16th street in Indy and wish I could give them 0 stars. I have tried 3xs and each time they make it worse. 1st time- they didnt give my driver my drink, 2nd time, they were out of one of my sides and doubled up on the side they had without asking me if thats what I wanted, this time, I got the wrong side and not even cutlery to eat the wrong side with while Im at work without any cutlery here. So, money down the drain, am I supposed to eat mash potatoes and red beans and rice ( which I didnt order, I ordered mac and cheese ) with my fingers? So, I get to eat the chicken and hard biscuit only? You can’t call them because they dont answer the phone, this time or the last times either. They are absolutely THE WORST when it comes to ordering from 3rd party services, Uber eats, door dash etc, at least in person you can check the order before you leave, we are already paying double the price for the items, you would think they would treat us equally as good as the in- person customers. They dont care! They have lost my business! I will NEVER go to a popeyes again if my business and money can’t provide me the service I deserve! Especially on 16th st in Indianapolis. 3 strikes and you’re out!

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal they we’re out of everything at 1pm which is weird. Then I get my food my fries are fresh but you can tell the grease is dirty, please change the dang grease. And the chicken sand which tasted a day old absolutely no heat to it at all I could only eat 5% of the sandwich. What a waste of money. On top of that I tried to call and let them know but they don’t pick the phone. I cant go back im at work. I would absolutely NOT recommend eating here at all.

We come a lot and each visit me and my boyfriend waits over 20 minutes dam my boyfriend mobile app almost t every day realty is over 5 ppl waits at drive thru period and each visit ALWAYS MISSING ITEMS ITS NOT ROCKETSCIENCE PLEASE SHOW LOVE TO YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS I UNDERSTAND HERE AND…they always make me wait to be funny i waited over 20 minutes for our food …im never returned to this location THere.BUT DAILY ALWAYS FORGET OUR EXTRA BISCUITS WAS MISSING SYRICHA TENDERS AND LARGE MASHED POTATOES …bathroom rig sewage smell,not properly clean so we never use bathroom,,,like 3x they forgot about us it’s weird ..but never apologized or replacing missing food..the employee lied stated they can’t cook Sriracha dippers ..we come back for dinner guess wat my boyfriend ordered them crazy..I really like the worker a night shift always disoriented. And missing food I don’t want extra I just want what we paid for…Day shift we lovee all yall frfr

I always use the drive thru when going here and the few times ive been here the female employees are rude and dont speak clearly.
The young man at the window, reddish long hair, was friendly and kind.
The food was luke warm, the chicken tenders were dry and tasteless. The coleslaw was just warm and awful. A funky taste and instead of a creamy cold texture it felt more slimey. The biscuits were ok but barely. The mashed potatoes were the most tasty. 60 bucks wasted. Will not eat at this one again.

After seeing my coworkers spend countless dollars night after night from our place of employment through DoorDash. I drive to location myself because I didn’t want the wait. Only to find myself waiting a long time in the drive through outside of two cars and myself it wasn’t clear if the place was even open ghost town! After about ten minutes I hear people talking through the intercom like there at home chilling finally someone took my order as if I was taking up conversation time. 22 mins for a the 3pc tea was out and the strips looked like they had been ran over all day on 65 and cold as the ice that was out too. Disappointing since I have 3 in my area of living and havent been in years
