I am a regular Customer and no better the anyone. However, The service today at West Allis Culver was horrible. Taking the order disaster. PAY AT THE WINDOWS $17.70 BUT THE ORDER $13.72 HOWEVER , WAS CHARGE CORRECTLY. The order walk to car by person with attitude problems. The prompt me to inspect my food in of sandwich soggy wet . And only 3 price grill onions. Normally a good location I walk inside got refund I attempted to explain it to manger on duty . He was clueless and still didn’t understand the reason for not please. The crew over staff 19 people or more and still can get it correct. I hate see the manpower and sales. EPIC FAIL CULVER IN ONE TWO FAST FOOD CHAIN I GO TO NOT DELIOUS TODAY I put one year ban on this location as regular customer some where else get $50 to $75 a week for next year I suggest a retraining of all second shift will use manpower the God wasting salary on this disastrous manager and his poor performance and sloppy crew

Order a butterbuger just ketchup and pickles nothing else got everything on there. The young lady didn’t listen so when I tried to remake it they wanted to charge me for another burger like take your headphones off and pay attention. I will never eat here again done with being disrespected by even a manager the lady had one headphone in and nothing was done. Back in my day when you worked fast food it was fast done right and we couldn’t have headphones in. What was really disrespectful is how they laughed after I left and my girlfriends dad came in and the young lady told her I need help.

EDIT: I went through the drive-thru at this location (HWY 100/ West Allis) around 5pm. Everyone knows you have to wait for your food at Culver’s, especially during heavy traffic times. I ordered, and pulled up to the window to pay. I was immediately given my food at the window.. which seemed odd. I drove home, which is only 5 minutes away. Took my food out of the bag to find a lukewarm Butterburger and barely warm fries. I called and spoke with the manager. He sounded annoyed (not as annoyed as I was), and said he would send me a replacement coupon in the mail.
Needless to say, I never received it.
I will go out of my way to go to a different Culver’s the next time I have a taste for their food!!

This is usually my go to culvers in the area but today was just different. I waited forever to get my food and then I had to turn around because they forgot my fries with the exception of two single ones in the bag. My fish sandwich was extra greasy and tasted weird. They also put a chunk of inedible lettuce on it. I’ll be giving this location a break for a while.

I went to order a sandwich on 6/22/25 at 3:44 pm. Just a single butterburger with cheese, grilled onions, and mustard. I received a sandwich what was falling apart and butter burger with bacon and the works. I called to let them know I got the wrong burger and was told I’ll be give a refund since I paid with card. After a few minutes someone else got on the phone and said they can’t do that and I could only receive a new burger ( i live 20 minutes away). So I wasn’t going back. I was annoyed because it was a basic burger and I could tell whoever the 2nd person was that got on the phone did not care they made an error. He could’ve offered me a meal certificate since I had to drive back and didnt even do that. Horrible service and meat crumbled like dog food. Im over culvers and won’t be back. Its always about the principle with me and wasn’t even about the refund.

They are friendly here, but I have noticed the last several times that when I order kids meals for my kids for pickup, we always get shorted the free scoopy coupons. It’s my understanding that that is factored into the price of the kids meal, and one of my kids always gets forgotten. I don’t order food for myself here, but it seems like they assume I do which is a little irksome.

I got Culver’s today because I am working and very hungry. Culver’s typically is a great option for someone who needs to eat gluten free. I ordered a gluten free bun for my food (as can be seen in the ticket) and received a sandwich that is very much not gluten free. Additionally, my fries are cold and my root beer tasted like it was the end of the tank. Service time was much longer than one would anticipate – I realize it takes longer when you order an allergen friendly meal but I didn’t even get an allergen friendly meal.
I know Milwaukee food has gone down quality a lot but it’s pretty disappointing when a staple place like Culver’s has been repeatedly a bad experience.

Hey we had a big order on a Saturday just before noon. We walked in and someone took our order from a list that we had. I know we could have done this online but this work just fine. Our food came out fine and correct we took it out to the car in two trips.yum!

I was told this is the fast food place everyone knows and goes to in Wisconsin. Kinda the In n Out burger of Wisconsin. Long drive through line during peak hours (like all fast food in Wisconsin). Let’s get to it. Food was ok. Wasn’t a fan of the “grilled onions” that looked grey as if they were boiled and then touched the grill before going on the burger. The spicy chicken was great. Cheese curds tasted like mini mozzarella sticks. Pretzels were good and so were the fries. Wouldn’t go back for a burger but the spicy chicken I would. Give it a try if you’re in Wisconsin.
