Visited on a Wednesday around 6:30pm. Nearly empty. Ordered a happy meal and a fish sandwich and fries. Fish sandwich good. Fries were room temperature at best. Food was nothing to brag about. I don’t plan on returning. The staff we encountered were ok.

Every time I go here, the order is wrong. It’s ridiculous they can’t take an order. It doesn’t matter if you order on line or go in person. The only reason I even go here is because of my kids. We go here once a week for them and everytime in the last 2-3 months we have came here, something has been wrong. I ordered a double 1/4 with no onions, somehow gave me extra onions and no cheese. Not to mention the patties looked burnt and the fries were cold, and had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring out my food. Not sure why it takes so long to bring out cold food, and is not by any means the first time this has happen. The managers/ owners need to train their employees about being accurate in orders. I can spend the same money, get better food and it be right almost anywhere else.

I just wanted to get breakfast for my wife and I. They were out of steak, so I needed to go and wait in one of their spots. I waited for 10-15 minutes just wondering if they were gonna come out.

Drive thru attendant stopped responding in the middle of taking our order, we waited for 2 minutes before leaving the speaker box to go back around to the other side to order. Once there, the one we were at took the next customers order with no problem, leaving me to believe that attendant decided to not serve us anymore. When we restarted our order, this new attendant didn’t understand how receive an order for a large coffee with creamer only. They kept going through the list of possible ways of making coffee. How do you not understand a large coffee with only creamer and no sweetener? It doesn’t end there. I asked for sweet and sour sauce, they didn’t include that nor napkins. We also had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to bring to us the coffee, sweat and sour sauce and napkins. Im glad I dont live in this area where they don’t care.

Definitely a subpar experience. Staff was pretty lackluster at best. Food was cold in the bag and we didn’t have any of the sauce we requested with the meals (hot buffalo and sweet and sour)

Drink area always needs cleaned ! Need more Sweet Tea containers ! Parking lot is small. Alot of spaces are took by drive thru reserving them. May have to park across the street to the north.

Very very rude and unprofessional. The general manager Olivia was yelling at the windows and refused to answer any questions about a canceled online order. After nicely asking for her name and the corporate number she slammed the windows door and called the police. Ill pray for Olivia but wouldn’t recommend ever coming here!

This McDonald’s is trash when it comes to customer service. The managers are rude to their customers and their staff. Olivia is the most unprofessional and does not communicate well. I personally feel like she needs to be replaced

We have ordered door dash 4 times from this location, and every single time we have missing items. We never get what we order. Today we are missing a mc chicken and 2 large fries. We never get a refund…..these people are thieves!
