A spot we love to visit regularly! All of the meat options are fantastic, and you absolutely can’t forget about the BBQ. The platters and samplers are our family’s favorites because they’re super affordable, easy to share, and come with plenty of food to choose from. They’ve also been wonderful with past catering orders; great portions and very kind service. We truly can’t recommend them enough!

Can’t say enough about this place! I went there early to get take out (4:30pm) and the place was spotless, and the service was very nice and considerate. When I got home and we opened the food, it did not disappoint. The meat was tender (brisket, pork and chicken) and perfect flavor. The sauces were incredible and they allowed me to take as many varieties as I wanted. The sides were excellent, especially the baked beans and the corn pudding. I also had to try the fried pickle chips which were very good. I look forward to going there again!

This is by far my favorite go to spot for BBQ and here are a few reasons why.. JoJo the GM is always on top of his game. Extremely polite, attentive, hard working, and always assures that the food quality is top notch and customers are always a priority. Great chance he may know your name as well!
Now to the food.. My go to is always the brisket which is always seasoned to perfection and always has the “brisket bend”. I prefer the fattier end. Next, never skimp on the collards as I always upgrade to more than an individual side. Lastly.. cant go wrong with the potato salad while washing it down with a perfectly brewed sweet tea.

I had the pleasure of enjoying delicious an amazing brisket and turkey sampler at City Barbecue. I highly recommend for anyone who loves traditional flavors with top-tier execution. For my sides, I chose to go with the corn pudding and baked beans. It came with a buttery slice of Texas toast. The food was incredible and the service here is remarkable! I can’t wait to come back!!!

My husband and I stopped here after an Ortho visit. He was in a sling and thought if he tipped extra we might get better service or at least friendly service. Tipped $20, we still had to go up front and retrieve the food, granted there were no other customers there so being busy wasn’t an excuse. Food was subpar and tasted like day old meat.

We love City BBQ and usually do takeout which is so easy on their app. The service is fast and the food really good. Especially the fried okra! When we’ve eaten there it’s clean and efficient. The tables outside are great when the weather is nice. We really appreciate JoJo the manager no the fine job he does.

I really liked the pulled pork. The BBQ chicken was a little tough and not as dry as I like but had a good flavor. Collards were tough but good flavor. Brisket was tender but not very flavorful. Wonderful,friendly service, very nice decor. Great set up for condiments and take out boxes. A little pricey.
