Known for their Pizza, Chicken Modiga, huge selection of apps, burgers, sandwiches and entrees, it’s arguably one of the largest and most extensive menus in the area. Customers love their generous portions, sizeable wine and cocktail list & many long time dedicated, friendly, and knowledgeable employees.
4 years later, the trio opened this location, Joey B’s in Concord, MO which has a very welcoming and family friendly dining room, with a generously sized bar area & great, sizeable patio, along with a private dining room in the heart of South County. It was an instant success due to their passion & commitment to excellence paired with tremendous love & support from the local community since opening 11 years ago in 2011.
Laid-back bar offering American pub grub & hefty Italian plates, plus karaoke & live music.

Hit this spot up before a soccer game. Plenty of TVs throughout to watch a game. Nice atmosphere and excellent service. Big menu with plenty of options for our party of 8. All the food was good. Trashed wings and pork tenderloin sandwich were great and big juicy hamburgers.

Went here for a family members birthday, The food was good and the atmosphere was crowded. I ordered a crispy chicken salad. Chicken was fried to perfection and fried pickles were something I wish I didn’t order. I was expecting them to be fully breaded yet it looked like they were dipped once and thrown in the frier, if I’m paying over ten dollars I expect them to be fully breaded. My main concern about the mealwas the price.
Holy moly is this place expensive it cost me over $35.00 for a fried chicken salad and pickles not including a drink. For a salad with bacon bits, lettuce, scalions and fried chicken I probably could have made it at home for less than what I paid for it. However our server was good, kept our drinks topped off and our food came out rather quickly despite the restaurant being packed.

Bring a cushion for the wooden chairs or try the cushioned booths.
Excellent food with gigantic portions. I appreciated the black bean burger and impossible burger options. The fries are great.
Even the lunch salads that came with pasta or g/f pizza were too large to eat at one sitting.

I think we were all happy with our food choices. The fried chicken is the best I’ve had in years and the mashed potatoes were spicy and tasty also. Waitress checked in on us off and on. I’d go back just for the fried chicken, but they only have it on certain days so check before you go there. Tuesday is one of the fried chicken days.

Ordered for pick up and spent $100 and our chicken sandwiches were completely raw still frozen in the center. Which proceeded for me to call and ask them to remake the whole order because me having to drive back up there all of the food would have been cold and the only thing they would replace was the 2 sandwiches that were raw and the pizza they refused to replace our appetizers. So I went up there and picked up the sandwiches and when I got home the sandwiches were still raw. I called back and complained because they were still raw and did not give us fries with our meal that they had to remake and the manager told me that we would not get a refund because we remade the order and that the reason that they remade the pizza was because that was the only item that would get cold the fastest but keep in mind we also had mozzarella sticks and potato skins. I will not return.

The first time we went to Joey B’s Manchester area, it was a cool little find~ half price appetizers, My mother and I had a salad and appetizers. It was delicious, service was great! The second time we went to a different Joey B’s Concord it was mediocre! Salad was still good, 2 of my family members had Fettuccini Alfredo LARGE portion, but did not come with salad or Garlic bread. It was ok, not much flavor runny sauce. The bread they bring to the table has sesame seeds all over it. This is not something everyone can eat. We asked if they had other bread since a lot of their sandwiches were on French loafed bread or garlic bread. We were told NOPE no other bread Sorry~ I had the 17$ Budweiser pub cheese Burger, it was ok, but not sure where the price comes from if the pretzel bun cost more than the size of the burger or the Tablespoon of pub cheese was overrated. The fries were cold. Not a good second trip ~ Family was not impressed. Probably last time we will see a Joey B’s.

Their Pizza is phenomenal. You’d never expect it but it’s one of the best thin crust pizzas in St. Louis. Loaded with toppings, great cheese, great crust. I put it right up there with Faraci.
Service was laughably bad, had to wave down random employees for drink the entire time and our waitress was incredibly indifferent.

First visit to Joey B’s. Very crowded with slightly more than 30 minute wait to be seated. Outdoor seating was available, but we preferred to wait for indoor seating due to the heat. Live music was in the bar area. Atmosphere was loud from all the chatter and music. Overall, the food was good, though the French fries were lacking in flavor.
Interesting that there were free samplings of mixed drinks with Kraken Rum. We tried Pain Killer (Kraken Black Label Spiced Rum, Orange, Pineapple, Creme of Coconut, and a sprinkle of Nutmeg) and Ocean Potion (Kraken Black Label Spiced Rum, Orange Liqueur, sparkling apple cider, and pomegranate). Yum!
We’ll definitely return.

Don’t come to Concord (SoCo) for the fried chicken! Tortellini, wings, pizza, and almost everything else I’ve had here is fantastic. But the fried chicken special on Sunday and Tuesday? Go to KFC if you want better chicken. It’s the main reason I go to Joey B’s on Sun & Tue, but their cook times are the worst. I’ve been going to The Hill for a few months after telling several of the staff and management, at Concord, that their cooks are overcooking the chicken. I thought I’d give Concord (SoCo) another chance today and I was very disappointed! Chicken was overcooked and dried out. Gravy was as thick as milk… I just can’t anymore. I’ll continue to drive the extra 20 mins to The Hill location to get some good fried chicken. I just don’t understand why, if you’re promoting this as a special to draw people in, why would you make it so unappetizing?!?
And before you ask, no I did not complain this time. I come from food service and only send food back if it’s inedible. It wasn’t worth the price I paid but it was still edible. I’ve noted to several of the staff in the past so this problem should have been fixed by now… Evidently they just don’t care

The food was okay, nothing to write home about. The service was also okay, they were busy when we went and we never got refills on our waters even after asking, so that wasn’t great. It’s really crowded and loud.
