food was delicious and our server was very attentive and nice (Kevin)!! the only problem was the Manager and I believe her name is Danielle. She had an attitude and was very rude when we asked about some items on our check and wasn’t friendly at all, where is the customer service if she’s so called the “manager”??? absolutely not and it’s not the first time she doesn’t even walk around just stand in the corner by the restroom and gives dirty looks. That’s unacceptable for a so called “manager”.

I always come to this location and the food is always great however, today the service and food was terrible. Today was my first pickup order and honestly, it’s last time I ever eat at this place. I ordered chicken green enchiladas and as you can see by the photo the chicken is overcooked, dry and even burnt I was unable to eat it. I ended up tossing them and just eating the beans. I ordered 3 items. The lemon artichoke chicken was also overcooked, dry and flavorless. I called in to let someone know about the issue. I spoke to a manager named Melissa who laughed at me and said that a manager had prepared that order so the food couldn’t be bad. She got very defensive instead of just listening to the customer. Made me feel like I was lying to get a free meal or something. She offered to replace the order I declined because that wasn’t the point. Had she just acknowledged and apologized that would’ve sufficed. As someone who works in customer service and the food industry that type of behavior is unacceptable.

Their ok sometimes server doesn’t come back and I don’t get coffee refill…or tea or also the worst things is when they are not that busy…. and other times sevice is good… depends who’s working….

The food at this location is really top notch. They are sure to make sure things are cooked the way you ask. The decor is fun and upbeat. The wait staff is hit or miss, polite, but not as attentive as they should be.
Out of the several locations I’ve been to in El Paso, this by far is the most tasty and best decor. Waistaff is on par with other village inns….not so great. Not too bad.

Came at 6:30pm establishments was very dead. First, the waiter got our order wrong took forever to get sugar and creamer. It took 45min to get the food I could understand if it was busy. The waiter would disappear for long periods of time the manager never came around very poor service and quality of food was horrible . Never coming back. Butter Smith way better

Although my order was incorrect at first, the staff handled it very professionally. They acknowledged the mistake right away, corrected it promptly, and the chef personally brought my food to the table. I really appreciated the care and effort.

This is our favorite VI location! Roxy was so much fun and attentive and the food was amazing as always. It arrived super fast and was cooked to order! This is definitely our go-to late night mainstay. They never let us down!

My server Kay was always so charming. I had the 8 oz steak, but it certainly wasn’t that size. And the smashed potatoes with gravy had a crust , but everything was tasty. The best part was the broccoli and cheese soup. Warm and comforting. The dish came with Texas toast. I was eager, bit it turned out to be just regular toasts. Go figured. Overall, great food

I go to this Village Inn just about every week. Emily is usually my waitress and she does a fantastic job. The food is great, the service is great, the restaurant is clean, and there is a nice atmosphere. I can’t recommend highly enough!
