From oklahoma and always hear about how amazing white castles are. Dont know if we just picked the wrong place but this was so gross. It ruined it for me to even try another one. The place was very dirty. Drink fountain didnt have any sodas that tasted right. The food was greasy and sloppy. Just holding them was wrong feeling. Very sad experience.

Before I go into my review, MIND YOU I drove 16 minutes to get to this location. So Today around 7:30 pm I went to this location for what I thought was going to be some amazing food, I mean who doesn’t love Whitecastle? So I pulled up and they told me to give them a minute (okay cool no biggie who cares sometimes you have to wait right ♀️) so I’m chilling.. even after almost 20 minutes I still was chilling I didn’t care. So the car behind me , which I’m sure was very frustrated about the wait time asked me from his car “are they waiting to take your order” I told THE CAR “no they put me on hold” and not even in a way with a attitude. Someone on the speaker screams out “IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT YOU COULDVE JUST CAME INSIDE”… pause babes I was talking to the car in the back why are you saying anything to me?? Especially loud, ghetto and rude like that. I said “i was talking to the person behind me” confused as EVER bc huh? Then she goes “ I don’t care who you were talking to im just letting you know , you could’ve just came inside if-“ before she could even finish her sentence i pulled up to the window.. because again HUH??? I thought it was the first girl who came to the window & babes if you’re reading this I’m so sorry for snapping on you I thought you were the girl on the speaker so the girl who was actually on the speaker being rude and loud came to the window I guess to let me know it wasn’t the girl at the window but her. Okay cool, I start saying my things to her and got her name which was Raychelle or Raychanelle (that’s the name she gave me, don’t know if it’s right) but TRUST I’ll make sure I confirm that name and escalate this the highest possible! I can’t believe this location would even employ someone like that, she was so disgusting on the speaker and in person. If I was anyone else this situation could have went way left. But I’ll take the right route and make sure this customer complaint hits every single outlet it can. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Will never eat here again or any fast food restaurant or anywhere for that matter. I ordered $16 worth of food and included was a double cheeseburger. As I was finishing my burger I noticed something rub against my lip. I thought it was hair but nope turns out it was a bug leg. Not sure what kind but it looks like a spider. I did get a refund but i’m traumatized from eating out again. It is better to cook at home anyway.

We didn’t go inside since idk what the inside looks like or cleanliness, but the sliders tasted really good, but not very fast at all!! There were 3 cars ahead of (could’ve been 4) & we waited in line 20-30 min! They didn’t appear to be shorthanded, but as I said earlier we didn’t go in so we couldn’t see how many workers were present.

Would rate zero stars if possible. Two times in a row they messed up my wife and I’s order. The first time they left out all of my double jalapeno sliders. The second time they left out one of my jalapeno sliders. Terrible service, mediocre food and the obvious inability to do simple math.

No one in drive thru or in dine in area and we drove through to order 30 cheese sliders at 4pm and was told it would be a 30 min wait. That is ridiculous! I have worked at white castle and know for a fact it does not take that long and they had no other customers to wait on. Completely disappointed in all aspects of services.

Nobody in line in front of me *lobby*. stood there for nearly 10 minutes and when I went to order a sack of 20 cheese sliders was told it would be 30 minutes. No thank you. Not worth the wait. Now I remember why I dont come here. Fail again White castle.

God awful service. Had to repeat myself 4 times. They asked what we wanted to drink but said they have no Dr. Pepper, Sprite, Coke, and no Hi-C. Then we asked if they could add cheese on the burgers and she said, “no but we can put it in the bag for you.” Terrible experience we decided to eat elsewhere. I’m from Michigan and have never had this experience with White Castles. Please do not come to this establishment.

I finally tried White Castle for the first time, and now I get why it’s such a cult classic! The sliders are small but packed with flavor, simple, steamy, and totally addictive. There’s something nostalgic about the soft buns, grilled onions, and classic square patties that hit just right.
I was surprised by how many options they had beyond the original slider too, like chicken, fish, and even Impossible sliders for plant-based eaters. The fries were crispy, and the mozzarella sticks were a nice bonus.
It’s definitely a unique experience,quick, affordable, and kind of fun in a “late-night comfort food” way. I wouldn’t call it gourmet, but if you’re curious or craving something different, it’s totally worth checking out at least once. Just be ready to want a second (or third) round of sliders!
