When in an order today. Live two minutes away to get home. My fries are ice cold and they’re half full. The price you pay there for food if you’re gonna give a medium fry, it should be full and at least warm.

I’ve ordered 4 to 5 separate times from here and every time the past 5 times they keep making my Carmel macchiato taste like straight espresso or black coffee whichever you’d like to compare it to, I spent almost 30$ and they have messed up every time and some how managed to give me medium cups every time I ordered a large, I’m wasting so much too much money for them to be doing this,
idk if it’s new hires but someone needs to teach whoever these people are how to make something right. the thing that did it for me was when I went in today asked for them to remake the drinks just for them to say: “I’ll add some surger and Carmel” they messed the drink up adding extra ingredients won’t fix the stuff already messed with, but instead of remaking it like a normal employee they tell me there just going to add more sweetness to it, I don’t usually care but this is so unacceptable.

Good food, drive thru. Don’t recommend parking up front just in case if there is ever a line.
I have had cold fries only once, which I just throw away, and other times they are fresh and warm. I left 5 stars because cold fries doesn’t happen too much.

Update: This McDonald’s charged my card after I cancelled my drive thru order. I cancelled it because they refused to sell ice cream. I didn’t even pick anything up but moments after we left they charged my card. I tried to call over and over but nobody answered my call. This place needs to be shut down. Hopefully the new Wendy’s that will open across the street will help with.
It took three employees to take the order at 10am. The food wasn’t ready until 10:30, and they still managed to get it wrong. McDonald’s does have my favourite breakfast but at this location it isn’t worth it… at all.

Dont go in the morning if you want to wait an excessive amount…
Waiting 10-20 minutes in the parked area for a frappe I never got. Tried going in to ask about it, waited for a long time and never got to talk to anyone. I had somewhere to be in the next 10 minutes so I had to leave.

Terry that works in the drive through is very rude and unprofessional. I simply went back eith thr messed up food and with proff. Still had a nasty attitude acting like I wanted something free, even after placing a second order.

I ordered two Big Macs two fries they pulled me so they can make my food fresh ” I waited for 15 minutes which at the time was not an issue I wasn’t busy but when I received my food my fries were so cold I had to spit them out I took them back in there yes he replaced them but was very condescending about it.

I would never go to McDonald’s on Main St., Marion, OHThis is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been to when I pulled up to the second window. I noticed a cockroach crawling on the outside of the wall right below the window. I told the lady at the window then right after that baby cockroaches followed, totally lost. My appetite didn’t get my money back. Didn’t eat. My food just left this place needs something done with it. I looked out my window at the ground below the window. No wonder they have roach problems. There’s so much nasty dried caked on food and everything else Right where you park to get your food. This place really needs shut down by the health department. I will be letting them know.
