Called in with my son on the Saturday night of the F1 weekend in October without reservation and was led to the bar area and a small table near the window. Everything was brilliant. Service, food, atmosphere were all fantastic and made two weary travellers from the UK long for Texan steak until we hopefully have the opportunity to return.

This was my first time here at this beautiful restaurant and it made me want to commit a felony … as soon as I tasted the stuffing!!! It tasted just like my moms stuffing that I have not had in over 20 years since she ghosted me for sky daddy.This made me want to cry in public and bum rush the kitchen for the rest of the days stuffing, to only take it home and roll around in it like Duck Mc Scrooge and not share one spoon full of that golden rule corn bread stuffing with anyone. I am currently leftovers stuffing drunk as I Lego /cobble stone this review together and only hope that this Olympic gold standard in stuffing is available for Christmas .i want Santa to bring me this stuffing and a non toxic job so that I can afford this stuffing on my own for Christmas… FIN

I had such a great experience at this steakhouse! I was there for a private event, and the inside is super spacious and cozy, with plenty of seating for everyone. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. And the food? Absolutely delicious. The Filet Mignon was a standout—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every other part of the meal—from the fresh salads to the sides and the dessert—was just as tasty. Everything felt carefully prepared and full of flavor. It’s one of those spots where the atmosphere, service, and food all come together perfectly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a top-quality steakhouse experience. You won’t leave disappointed, and you’ll probably already be thinking about the next visit.

My wife and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary. It started at this fine establishment. Our server Tom was wonderful very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our meal started with the cornbread delicious we also had the halibut and bone in ribeye food was to die for A+ all the way they even surprised us with a complementary dessert. Thank you for starting our evening off right!

Loved this place!! Super classy. Service was amazing even at the bar high tops. We felt cared after. Wine-top notch! Steak-lovely! Side dishes-AMAZING. The chili mac & cheese was yummy! Also green colored but delicious. The mashed potatoes were creamy. Not a huge fan of the Caesar salad as the dressing felt very oily. But it was a large salad. Overall such a cosy restaurant & everything was delicious. Even the dessert.
Reservations recommended unless you come early to grab a large high top table but the bar.

Great food at the Roaring Fork complimented with friendly service. Admittedly I was here for a private event, but the overall experience was enjoyable and this will definitely be on my list the next time I’m in the city. I had the Iceberg BLT, 8oz Filet Mignon (exceptionally cooked) and finishing up with the raspberry cheesecake. We also had a couple of sides, with the jalapeno Mac ‘n’ cheese a particular standout. Highly recommended.

The cornbread was not cooked enough. My filet was ordered medium. It came cooked half medium and half well done. Which i dont see how that is possible. Service was very good. Honestly, the North Stone Lake location is much better

Rainbow Trout – Good, no complaints.
Mash Potatoes – Good, no complaints.
Ribeye – The ribeye was not well trimmed at all, way too fatty. Fat was not really rendered all that well either. Ribeye was also basically crustless, and had the texture of something which just came out of a sous vide, no sear. There was also basically no cap on the ribeye – understand this depends on where it was cut but I’d expect a steakhouse to at least offer ribeye with a small / no cap under a different menu item. Ribeye was also a little under medium rare, and some spots were definitely rare.
Steak Mushrooms – Way too salty. Not sure if salted before sauteed in steak oils, but certainly tasted like it.
Cherry Pie Desert – A cherry pit made its way into the cherry filling. Obviously irritating but also hazardous for teeth.
At nearly $100 per person I expect much higher quality, not Texas Roadhouse quality. III Forks is only just above that price point and has flawless execution every time.

The truffle fries were delicious, the chili Mac and cheese was awesome! It’s pretty much Mac and cheese with a nice kick. Mexican corn was on point and the green beans had a nice fresh taste. My steak was juicy and well done just the way I like it:). The cornbread was stwwe3
