Curbside pickup took much longer than expected, so I decided to go inside. When I did, I saw multiple orders already bagged and lined up on the counter. I grabbed mine, returned to my car, and realized the food was cold—likely because it had been sitting out for an extended period of time. I went back in to request fresh, hot food. If the restaurant is short-staffed, it may be better not to bag orders until they are ready to go out directly to customers to ensure food quality

The food and cleanliness of the restaurant were mediocre at best, but the service provided by Bryce a very charming young man, made my visit all worth it. He was astoundingly kind and generous and seemed to truly encompass the chick fil a spirit and motto. Truly amazing service from him, and would only recommend the location if he is working.

Service has become slower than a snails pace at this place and lately they can’t get a simple order made properly therefore I would recommend going to another location that offers better faster service because this location just does not care anymore about their customers. Hands down this Chick-fil-A has to be the absolute worst store to try to get into at any time of the day. As soon as you pull into the large parking lot from the main road there are no signs to direct you as to which way to enter the restaurant in the meantime when you’re searching and trying to figure out how to get to the entrance where is the entrance you also have to deal with the shopping plaza traffic in which this store is located so you’ve got everybody coming and going from the grocery store jamming up the aisles of the parking lot there’s no signs for you to see how to get into the restaurant where is the drive-thru then once you do find what looks like the entrance there’s no indication that that’s the entrance to the drive-thru it’s very confusing the service I had that day was adequate I have to wonder though if Chick-fil-A isn’t getting too big for their britches in the meantime if you’re looking to go to this store at this location I would skip it it’s too much of a hassle to get in and find the entrance then stand in line drive right across the street there’s another chicken restaurant over there and it’s not as difficult to get into.

I frequent this Chick-fil-a for both the amazing food and wonderful service. Everything is handed to me freshly made and my orders have never had an error. The staff are always warm and helpful.

PLEASE bring back the hot cheese sauce for fries and have it at to your location. Some other locations have it in Deleware and Virginia. Your location has never had it and its too far to go just for cheese sauce. Its amazing and I miss it, i promise you wont regret it!

I mean, it’s Chick-fil-A. It’s consistent and predictable. The staff are always pleasant and polite and the food is what you expect and anticipate. I would only say, that at our location the drive-thru is ridiculous. Just park and get out of your car and walk a few steps to go inside, and you will get your items so much faster. This isn’t the restaurants fault, it’s because so many people are apparently too lazy to just park and walk a few steps.

Fast service, HOWEVER, they make mistakes and act like they never do. This time the drink was supposed to be sprite, they gave us sweet tea. It was my son’s meal and he doesn’t drink sweet tea. The last time they didn’t put one of our sandwiches in the bag through the drive thru. I received no apologies just an attitude!

Still the same flavor at breakfast for just a slightly higher price than before and a piece of chicken that is now almost as small as a chicken mini. It’s hard to see it in the pic but that chicken was tiny and thin. Forget breakfast and wait for lunch. It’s a much better value.
