I dont ever leave review but this was worse experience I had , I order the 40 peace nuggets meal with 2 large Fries, One spicy sandwich meal and spicy sandwich, I get home I’m missing 1 of my 10 pieces and all 3 of my large fries are half empty. I call the restaurant 3 times and they hung up on me , I had my boyfriend call and they answered him , as he was starting to talk to the person about the order miss up , they hung up on him , he called back and they hung up on him again, horrible customer service, I want to speak to a manager about this. I have never had this bad of customer service.

Today will be the third visit in a row that the food came out incorrectly.And nobody’s ever at the front since they have the kiosk for self service.

I truly do not make it a big habit of having fast food but when I do and receive great service I believe they should get a shout out so here I go
I just want to give a special shout out to Katie at the McDonald’s in North Sebring. As most of you know, I’ve been burning the candle at both ends lately—helping a sick friend (who, thanks to all your prayers, is finally on the mend ) and juggling a million other things. This morning I didn’t have time to make breakfast (even though I know I shouldn’t be eating this right before my gastric bypass ), so I swung by McDonald’s and ordered just an Egg McMuffin with cheese. Bella got some pancakes.
We got home, ready to sit down and eat before our busy day, and of course—my Egg McMuffin was missing! Since that’s literally all I ordered, I called McDonald’s. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything back.
But Katie completely made my day. Not only did she say she’d make me another Egg McMuffin even though it was already lunch time, she also replaced Bella’s pancakes so they wouldn’t be cold. She didn’t have to do any of that… but she did.
Her kindness truly meant the world to me—especially knowing I won’t be able to enjoy Egg McMuffins anymore after surgery. And when I got the bag, she even wrote me a little note (picture below).
Kindness goes such a long way. Thank you, Katie—you were professional, sweet, and absolutely made my day.

I’ve been going to this place for over thirty years and it’s not McDonald’s anymore. I remember it use to be for the children, it was centered on family dynamics surrounding children, some started having playgrounds built into them and then all of a sudden it always seemed rushed and more employees bumping into one another than customers. And yet it’s changed again, reminds me of a cold computerized transaction with maybe three employees and the customer engagement and experience disappeared.

I make a order from Uber and the food was cold and they forgot to put the big Mac and all the sauce this people are a joke they don’t do the work right they play to much I dont understand why they have people working like that they have to understand. Thanks to us they have a job any way I hope they get some one to train them well and better customer service

AWESOME STAFF. I WAS PASSING THROUGH TOWN 5:30 IN THE MORNING. I JUST NEEDED AN ICED COFFEE.
AND I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH THE GENTLEMAN THAT TOOK MY ORDER WAS SO KIND AND UPBEAT, TOTALLY MADE MY MORNING, AND THEN I GAVE THE MANAGER A COMPLIMENT. THANKING HER HIRING FOR GREAT STAFF, AND SHE SAID SHE KNEW, AND SHE APPRECIATED IT.
