Lazy ignorant workers let people stand at the counter for 10 minutes then tell them it’s closing time and they can’t take orders. Drive thru is wrapped around the building because they are so slow. Go anywhere else, don’t waste your time and money at this location

Walked to restaurant and was told the dining room was closed we’d have to use the drivethru. Then asked if we could walk through it or they could use the drivethru register to take our order and they just quit responding. After the manager snapped at us they literally acted like we were not standing in front of them and didn’t answer. So we left. Most horrible experience at a fast food joint I’ve had in the last 34 years.
Edited to add: later the same night we attempted to door dash from here and on the second try when the food arrived the order was completely wrong and ice cold. This has to be the worst Wendy’s in America.

They put up a wet sign floor and think it’s sufficient after people with soaked boots have been walking across it for hours. I slipped walking in before I even saw the sign, fell, and cracked my phone (but luckily no bones)

Definitely a good Wendy’s location. hot and crispy (and well salted) fries, actual burger was great and they don’t skimp on the sauce. good staff and good environment. only issue was the dining area was kinda messy but I visited during a rush so I assume they just didn’t have enough staff to keep up at the time. that said, food being hot, fresh, and out fast (around 5 min) was great!!

Staff are always nice so I totally give them credit for that. This place is a hot mess though. There is always a very long wait no matter when you go here and the food never tastes fresh. I genuinely thought I didn’t like Wendy’s anymore until I ate at a different location and realized it’s just that this location is honestly that bad. Gave it one last try today, waited for like 15 minutes in the drive through just for them to finally say that they’re only doing mobile orders and door dash. Like come on, y’all. Anyway, do what works for you but I personally don’t plan to ever come back to this location.

Came to Buffalo for a hockey game. Couldn’t get into the Anchor Bar. Long wait time, code for the bathroom, screwed up our order missing a hamburger…in another bag altogether. More than anything it’s filthy. No shortage of employees…some of the reviews here are shocking. Can’t believe that Wendy’s reads these reviews and does nothing.

Their service was decent but like any other restaurant in the city they have locks on their bathrooms but these are pin pad locks so if someone else has the pin code, they can walk in on you.

Where do I start nice I had my 5 grandchildren with me aging from 11 down to the age of two the kids took a seat and my grandson found a piece of hair he said Grandma I found a piece of hair in my French fries I said where’s the hair I don’t know so I took the fries back up wasn’t thinking I was just wanting to let him know that they’re was a piece of hair in in my fries they gave me another one wasn’t thinking anything until I reached into my bag to eat a fry it too had hair on it I was like what is going on by this time my mind is boiling so I asked for the manager and he went right back over there and tried to give me a bigger fry I looked in the bag I said I don’t want to fry I was just letting you know you guys have hair in your fries I patronize this place all the time with my kids I feel hurt I know this is a long story so I’m just shortening it up for you but there’s so much I want to say

Good as far as Wendy’s go, like the interior. Staff is hit or miss. Definitely quicker here to go in and order than to use the drive-thru
