After waiting 1 hours and 30 minutes, the order was marked delivered. Was on call for Literally 20 minutes before I spoke to a person. Customer Service is ZERO for the store. Saw a lot of other similar reviews regarding customer service. There resolution was to contact 3rd party for refund. Instead of trying to find out what actually happened. They claim driver dropped it off. I asked what time, so I can provide them the footage, showing order was not delivered. Again I was told to reach out to 3rd party for a refund. No attempt to resolve issue from their side. If anyone is thinking of a Delivery, Try at your own risk. And as far as customer service goes, you can read other reviews.

ordered maybe about a $12 delivery from a mile away, i cannot afford to tip right now and mind you it is NOT mandatory to tip. (i usually tip 95% of the time) the driver was absolutely rude. he said “maybe tip next time, not everything is free”. awful customer service from the store after calling about this as well.

I live a mile away from this store, I used to order regularly but their drivers are awful, rude, and entitled. I tip $2 every time and at some point money was tight and I couldn’t tip. Driver told me nobody wanted to deliver my pizza because of it, and next time leave a tip. I’ve never even heard anything like that, basically told me you all refuse to do your jobs. Muzammil served us late at night and he was amazing. His customer service was through the roof. I don’t get all the negative reviews about this place. Never experience any of it. Would def come here again. Even though we came during closing time, he was extremely friendly and got us right.

I ordered an online order and left delivery instructions like I always do to buzz in to the building. I normally have them deliver to my door but I was planning on meeting them in the lobby but the driver tracker showed they were sitting at the store for 30 minutes so I wasn’t sure if they had even left. I got ZERO phone calls from the store or the driver. I check the tracker and it says my order was delivered. I called the store and the rude employee who answered told me that they tried to call me and that their drivers aren’t allowed in buildings (I have had it delivered MULTIPLE TIMES to my door over the last year). I could only come pick it up or get a refund. I told him to refund me and I never got my refund. Nothing but liars, and thieves that work there. The pizza sucks too and half the time it’s cold when you get it. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

Only reason I’m given it 2 stars is because the Cheesy Bread I ordered with this order were delicious. 12/30 I ordered 3 Sandwiches, 2 Philly Cheese Steaks and 1 Chicken Bacon Ranch. All I can say is, we received all Bread and burnt cheese. On all Sandwiches, the toppings that were supposed to going these sandwiches, were toppings for a pizza… Never again!!

(READ THE REVIEWS) FILTHY DISGUSTING, made a take out order, and when I go inside, the place is just nasty, leftover food on the tables, food all over the floor. I’m looking around confused, and I guess the cashier noticed the look on my face and has the worst attitude when asking me if im here to order or pick up, while im waiting for him to get my food…a roach comes crawling up the wall! I look deeper into the back as far as I can see…can’t confirm, but it be quite the coincidence, I see at least 2 more roaches, I get my food and leave, didn’t even eat it, trashed it and went to pizza hut not to far from them.
