One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been. We had to wait forever for our food without getting any cups for drinks first. Of course one of the two soda machines wasn’t working at all and the at the other machine the drinks were more water than anything else and not everything available. Even after telling the staff they didn’t do anything about it. The french fries came without salt.

This is by far one of the nicest mcdonalds. Theres no playland here. Tables outside to sit. handicap table with fun chairs. Light up table that can entertain the kids. Newer drink fountains. Hot fresh food.

Food was terrible. Bread was hard on hamburgers and sloppily made. Fries were limp, cold and unsalted.

They make sure your food is fresh which i love about this mcdonalds but their RR is trash! It was toilet tissue everywhere, it seems like nobody has clean the rest room at all today!

I wanted to mention that this employee has waited on me about 3 to 4 times, she takes the orders and processes the payments. I was very shocked the first encounter with her was so very surprisingly amazing. She was so friendly and normally this Mc Donald’s has very rude people that work there. She is so sweet and I want to make sure she get the praise she deserves, her name is Linda!!! Thank you Linda for always being sweet, I was at Mc Donald’s today at 1:40pm. Unfortunately after I got my drink and moved to the last window, I waited a long time an some random guy wearing a constructions vest handed me a bag with a order receipt and said nothing and then when I try to see the receipt I said yes this is mine. He nodded okay and closed the window. When I looked at my fry’s I was made because they were old and not filled to the top.

Every time I get food from there missing items, the staff is rude always have my order wrong and it’s pitiful that as managers they don’t correct what was supposed to be right as far as someone’s order.

I have never ever been to this MCD, and I will never visit again. Never I had seen such a dirty MCDONALD’S. I have to literally go to the cashier to tell her that all the tables were dirty. She said okay. Someone came out to clean them, leaving tables still completely wet, and sitting still dirty. The lady left the bottle with the cleaning chemical on the table where there were little children around. That’s a safety hazard. Now, let me mention that the floors were covered with garbage, food, and spills all over. We requested to speak with the manager and to our surprise it was the same person I told about the dirty tables. Her response, oh, we have been busy!!! Busy is NOT an excuse to not keep up with the maintenance of the restaurant. It was disappointing that the manager had such a petty excuse. While you could hear the employee behind the kitchen area loudly joking.

I ordered a Filet-O-Fish very disappointed not even a half slice of cheese pay over $5.00 for a baby sandwich with a 1/4 slice of cheese, I’m sure this is not right nor legal, really spaying for roaches while people are eating SMH

I waited for over 20 minutes in the designated parking for drive thru. Finally went in side and had to wait another 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged me Including the manager who looked at me three times and remade my food that apparently they gave to another vehicle. This is absolutely ridiculous for a mcchicken and large fry.
