Ordered 2 chicken Cantina Tacos no cabbage, ez pico & xtra cheez. Got tons of lettuce, fiesta strips, reg pico & no xtra cheez! Fiesta strips don’t come on Cantina Tacos! First 3 bites no chicken. The tortillas were so wet from pico they were soggy, why I get ez! 9/10 times I never get xtra cheez so they shouldn’t even charge u for it!

I usually get food from this location at least once a week, and it’s been ok up to this point. I went to the drive-through and ordered the Loaded Steak and Jalepeno fries, but I customized it. We went to Taco Bell around 11:45PM Friday night. It took over 30 minutes to get to the window. Once there we waited over 10 minutes to get our food. The order was accurate and hot. The restaurant did not close until 2AM but it seemed like they were very short handed.

Horrible service cashier appears to be high with blue hair. I ordered habanero queserito and received habanero and a tortilla picture included. Needed a high chair and they where disgustingly dirty along with the floor and tables . Ridiculously cold . And waited 30 min to receive food .

Arguably one of the best Taco Bell locations in the Saint Louis area. I have been going here since 2022 and have never been disappointed. Each time I’ve visited all of the employees are respectful and courteous; the food is hot and fresh; and I am never missing any items. Kudos to the employees here I am far from disappointed!!

I ordered the 3 soft taco Supreme meal and one bean burrito with extra red sauce. I asked for extra fire sauce. When I got home I had mild sauce one hard taco supreme that seemed like it had sat for awhile and one been burrito with lettuce tomatoes and who know what else in it. Pretty sad when you work 12 hrs and just want to go home and eat and then get all the way home to find that!

The service here is great, however, the food quality control is questionable. I ordered a Mexican pizza and a crunchy taco supreme to-go. I opened it up when I got home for dinner. The taco was good, but the Mexican pizza was spoiled. The tortilla shell was rancid and tasted like stale cardboard. It was noticeably past its expiration date. I threw the whole thing out, since it was inedible and I didn’t want to get food poisoning.
I went back the next day after speaking with the manager that day and she said to come in and they will provide a new Mexican pizza. I was able to get another Mexican pizza that tasted delicious and was not spoiled.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a variety of items that were not correct or even Luke warm. But the part that really irritated me was the lack of food I was given. Cheese sauce wasn’t even half full and the lack of fries inraged the fat kid in me.
