watched employees use their fingers to push down milkshakes. we waited 30 minutes in the drive though. when they noticed us watching them use their hands they asked us to pull forward. we will never eat there again.

The buns were hard, and the food was not made correctly.
Not only that. NONE of my monopoly items came with the monopoly stickers!!!! I got certain items for a reason. All I got was “I will talk to my manager”.

I stopped by this McDonald’s around 1am and ordered fries and a McChicken. Unfortunately, both were extremely hard and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. The fries were stale and the sandwich was so hard it was hard to even bite into. Late night or not, customers should still receive fresh food. Very disappointed with the quality, and I won’t be returning to this location.

This place is horrible. We live close and go often but everytime something is a disappointment. Today was the last time I will ever go there. They were busy so you expect the food to be hot and fresh but it was only slightly warm, overcooked, hard, dry and burnt. Every last thing we got was bad this time ugh. Even the coke was flat. I will be taking my business to 14 and Ryan. Worth the little futher drive.

Pulled in this morning I was the only one in line there definitely was no rush. I ordered the combo steak bagel and I got a totally burnt bagel no hashbrowns. The only thing they got right was the large Diet Coke, and if they were going to serve that, knowing what they serve, I was not going back through to get something else made.
