Had a really good experience at Olive Garden. We were told it would be about a 15-minute wait and got a text that our table was ready in 2 minutes.
The mozzarella sticks were crispy and cheesy, the salad and breadsticks were fresh and delicious, and the chicken parm was hot, flavorful, and really satisfying.
Arletta was friendly and attentive and checked in at the right times. Great service overall.

The food was so good! I had the cheese ravioli with crispy chicken — the chicken was perfectly crispy and so mouthwatering delicious. The sauce was creamy, cheesy, and just hit the spot. Olive Garden really nailed it this time!

We went on 8/16/25 to celebrate my daughter’s 12th birthday. There were 9 of us total. From the moment we sat down, our server Jeff was beyond amazing. He was the most friendly, attentive and caring server I’ve ever had in all my years. I don’t think I could brag more about him. I did go up to a group of managers to tell them he was the best sever in the world and I hope he gets all the praises he deserves. He had us all smiling and went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday extra special. Please Olive Garden give Jeff the very best praises because he deserves them! Thank you Jeff from our family to you!!

Great food and service! Taken care of from the moment we walked in, even though they were so busy. I feel like Olive Garden has really upped their food quality recently. Out of all locations throughout Denver, this was by far the best one! Can’t wait to come back.

My boyfriend and I have come here a few times, and the service is always quick. The restaurant is overall clean with no complaints. The waiters and waitresses are consistently kind and attentive. The food is amazing my boyfriend usually gets the chicken alfredo, which is creamy with perfectly crispy chicken. I usually order the marinara and meatballs, and the meatballs are well-cooked and delicious every time. The soup is always a hit too. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. My wife and I were traveling in the area and decided to stop here an hour or so before closing. I’ll start off by saying Stella is an amazing waiter and needs to work elsewhere ASAP. This is the first Olive Garden I’ve been to that is dead on a Saturday night. There is obviously a reason for that. The majority of staff here is really young early 20s I did not see a single person who seemed to be in charge. The whole place looked disorganized. The folks up front were on their phones and talking the whole time. We waited close to 30mins just to get drinks as the girl with the blue hair highlights did not take care of us and seemed annoyed that we were dining in. I went to change our daughter in the rest room meanwhile a lady and her daughter sat right next to my wife and this girl immediately attended them going back various times and did not check on my wife once who was ready to order all our food and tried making eye contact with her each time she passed by but was ignored and then our waiter Stella gets here finally and ask if she got our drinks already I let her know that we’ve been waiting a while just to get attended and no one has come over. She stated she had six other tables and apologized. Meanwhile the other girl was sitting down in the bench up front texting people. We finally get our food and find hairs in everything. To me this was them signaling that we were not welcome here. Pretty petty to act this way.. One of the hosts starts cursing and yelling as well in front of customers because of issues with some online orders as she is storming back inside the restaurant. The whole place did not have any professionalism to it. We will not be back any time soon till they have better management. If this is how they treat their customers it is no surprise as to why they have no business on a Saturday night (and not to mention seemingly understaffed). As much as I would like to leave this place more stars because of how great our server was I simply can’t at all because of how the rest of the crew behaved. If you are bothered the whole time because someone dines in on a late rush you wouldn’t last a single day in a busy Olive Garden at all. We ended up leaving later than we expected because of the wait time for them to “want” to attend us. If you just did your job in the first place and attend folks nicely we would have left a much bigger tip, known we were already ready to order, and prob left on time as well.

We were a group of six, it was a busy night. Service was slower than it should have been. Generally I don’t like to post detailed negative comments….
I ordered a pasta with soup and salad, but only had the soup. First bowl arrived. Very thin milk broth and a few potatoes. Half filled. I asked for a second bowl. 30 minutes later I asked for a second bowl from the manager when we were visited. Nothing, then I asked my friend next to me to order a bowl ( she ordered soup/salad). She ordered and magically 2 bowls of beautiful zuppa Toscana showed up. So we ordered 2 more. They showed up immediately. Oh boy. We ate them happily. All in all the food ended up tasting good in the end. A simple dinner took us 3 1/2 hours because of service. Next time we’ll probably go to a different location.

My wife and I went there a few weeks ago for her birthday and the service provided by Shayna was amazing. From the time we arrived to the time we left, she was checking with us to make sure we had everything we needed and the the food and drinks were to our liking. Shayna provided the best customer service we have had in a long time. Thank you for being so good at what you do!!
