What is going on with this Applebees lately? My husband and I frequent here at least twice a week. Tonight our server Kaitlyn was amazing, but bless her heart I noticed she had multiple tables and I even witnessed her taking to go orders and having to take them outside? We have ordered to go before and there is always a dedicated carside employee. Why is a server doing the job of what I would assume 2 positions when there are multiple managers preset?? Maybe I’m wrong, but I would think someone higher up would need to step in and do the job if an employee is absent. Not to mention, I was told their system keeps shutting down, so we did have to wait longer for food. We were here last week and was told the same thing as well. I was shocked to hear that this issue hadn’t been fixed yet. Again, our service was great and Kaitlyn was doing the best she could. She got a huge tip from my husband and I as we felt so bad for her!!! I thought Applebees cared about their employees but apparently not!!!!

Food didn’t taste bad, just cold. I could do warm, but cold (room temp) is a no for me. Our Server was super sweet, but they stuck her with 2 large tables, and this caused her to not be as attentive… and by that, I mean she took our orders, brought our drinks, and gave us our check… otherwise, no other interaction. and no one else offered to help us…. Although, the hostess did get us refills when we asked.

Went here today with my wife and two kids. Place seemed pretty slow and not busy at all being Wednesdayat dinner time. Stood at at the hostess area for a few minutes then sat for about 10 minutes before walking out and leaving. Plenty of workers chatting near the bar, waitresses walking by etc and no one even acknowledged we were there or greeted us. I use to go here all the time but this place has gone downhill BIG TIME in the last year or two, especially when you walk in and are ignored. We went to Chic-Fil-A instead and experienced excellent customer service. Maybe the Applebee’s management needs to come check them out and take some notes to bring back.

The Chicken Won Tons are back! This is my meal. Won ton wrappers shaped like taco shells fried crispy and light filled with spicy chicken and coleslaw. Delicious!
I did get the salmon, the flavor was good it was the correct temperature but it was very tough and dry. Like it had been sitting too long before it was served.
The burger had an excellent taste moist and juicy with a homemade texture.
There is ample parking. The restaurant was clean with plenary of seating. The service was prompt and very friendly.

Came in Saturday 10/8 sat at a high top, Alyssa (sp) was our server, she acted like we were a inconvenience for her, I had to walk up to bar to get another beer while she was on her Phone, I use to be a server so I know how it is, we are usually 25% tippers but she only got 9% and she was lucky to get that much. She was rude and really doesn’t need to work in customer service.

My husband and I were seated and greeted as soon as we walked in, once seated no one came to ask us what we wanted to drink, no one took our order. We sat and watched as other people came in and were serviced immediately! Horrible atmosphere epically being that It was a birthday dinner for me.

Waited 20 minutes after being seated before waitress appeared, then another 20+ minutes for food. My burger was crispy burned both sides, wife’s order was wrong. Oh did I mention that we had to get another waitress to bring us utensils and napkins. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, we will not be going back.
