Oh good lobster! It was so tender, fresh and very delish. Almost all the seafood we had was good too. Also, the ultimate cheddar bay biscuit is a must. Baked potato was yum too! Downside? The steak we had was tough and overcooked (we asked for medium, but it was like well done) and everything was on the saltier side. Service was super friendly tho!

What can you say about a red lobster? Well, if you’re in Arcadia, California, quite a bit, actually.
I was in the mood for seafood. Ironically, this is a little corner of California that doesn’t have many good seafood places around it. Mostly Chinese restaurants that advertise the seafood places and some of your typical Mexican seafood restaurants. Those can be good, too, but I wasn’t really in the mood.
“Red lobster.”
It was near my hotel, which was a plus, it’s relatively inexpensive, also another plus, and I had heard that they might be going out of business so this might be one of my last opportunities to try it.
Was the food good? It was “good.” Nothing too special, nothing to write home about.
What really stood out to me at this location was the service. I travel a lot and eat alone a lot. Sometimes, people in restaurants assume that I’m going to be a dud table not worth their time. The ones that still do their best are generally very happy at the end of the meal.
The two gals that waited on me in here, knocked themselves out for me. I really have gotten worse Service at Michelin five star restaurants that I just got at a red lobster.
I called the manager and he was a bit apprehensive. “I know that people always complain. What no one ever does is call you over when something good happens. Having having worked in the restaurant industry for almost 15 years, I know what good services. Those two gals have it. You’re lucky to have them.”

Congratulations on a good job. You will work here a lot longer!

We came for Lobster Fest and the food did not disappoint. Both grilled and steamed lobster tails were sweet, fresh and meaty. The lobster and steak combinations were cooked to perfection. We all liked the cheddar bay biscuits and lobster dip.
The place looks like it was recently updated. Kudos to our server who was very efficient.

UDATE: We went back to see if things improved. It was even WORSE. It took over an hour after our order was placed. Food arrived stone cold. The alfredo sauce was like a lump of ice cream on the stiff under cooked noodles. Kitchen manager came out and apologized. He also stopped by 3 other tables addressing their food issues. Brought the bread rolls, without knapkins , flatware or serving plates. The bread rolls were like a lump of dough. They were under cooked. Our server was inaccessible for long periods of time. The place was not even at half capacity. The all you can eat shrimp is a joke. Waiting 15 – 20 minutes for a refill is not worth it. Got our check and headed out the door. No good night , no thank you for coming, no how was everything, just a bigger disappointment.

Our server Gerad picked up the slack and made things a little better. Being seated at a dirty table. Re-seated us at a clean table. Apologized for the other rude servers. The garlic snow crab was tasty. The potatoes underneath were ok. Biscuits were hot & fresh. The endless shrimp special has a good selection. The problem is that it’s served in small portions. So you have to put in a request for your next batch. Which takes a long time before your next small portion arrives. That long wait time in-between servings spoils meal flow. They offer a full service bar with an eating area. Live lobster tank in lobby area. The parking lot is on the small side. Six handicap towards the front. Next to that are pickup order spots. Spots are limited, and spaces are tight.

What a lovely experience my stomach left so happy. We ordered the surf and turf. For sides I chose, mac n cheese-bacon w/salad and my husband ordered baked potato w/salad. We will definitely come back.

Wanted to try the endless shrimp that everyone’s been talking about. In my opinion it was worth it. You might not like every flavor, but there’s still something you’ll find you will like. Service was great, but we were also the first people there when they opened.
Located right next to the hotel right off the 210 freeway. Lots of parking available.
Bathrooms are located at the front of the restaurant.

Service was terrible although we sat in the bar area where it should have been easy. Had to ask for alot that is standard (complimentary bread, water, napkins and condiments) forever to get drink. Begging for potato toppings and butter for our lobster and crab legs while they get cold waiting for help. He watched the game but didn’t check on us right. I won’t be back for awhile, now I remember that going here this is why I leave unsatisfied after spending 185$ for 2

We had the ultimate feast and white wine roasted mussels. Food was good, drinks were good ( not watery like other places). It is Kinda pricey though for 2 people in this type of a chain restaurant. We paid $180 for 2 people with tip ( 20%). Inside was very cold, don’t they have heaters? Overall, and okay place.

Location:Okay, Parking: Decent, Service: Good, Price for food received: A bit high, Overall: First time at this chain Location. The biscuits are always a favorite. Food still seemed small for the price you are paying. Clam chowder seemed to be missing better pieces of clam. Out of the 3 RL I have been to so far I did like the service here better. The server refreshed drinks without asking. Checked on us and asked if we needed anything. 3.3 Stars…

Even as someone allergic to seafood, I found something I enjoyed – the chicken fettuccine. However, everything else the rest of my party ordered still looked good, and the service was great. The fact that offers from the rewards program can combine is awesome, too.
