I stopped by for my Fillet-O-Fish and Ice tea, both were on point! The sandwich was fresh and tasty, and the tea was perfectly sweet and refreshing. It was quick service and a smooth experience overall though my order was not processed according to my order but it was on point, I always preferred my tea half sweet and half unsweetened, I guess it was due to my accent.

Today was perhaps my worst experience with McDonald’s. I ordered a double filet of fish with no cheese and fresh fries. The first time took four-ever plus one and The fish sandwich had cheese on it. The second time, I was given a single filet with no cheese, but it wasn’t freshly made like I’d asked. Then came more soggy fries, and I just had the small fry bag to try and carry everything. Finally I was given the double filet of fish, with no cheese, and it still wasn’t freshly made, neither were the fries. I’m reheating the fries in my Ninja now. I could have caught a fish and picked a potato, and still made the meal better and faster than that. Damn!

My kids love McDonald’s and I usually hate going. The customer service is always rude at every McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I was so surprised when I went into this McDonald’s on Dorchester Road on Saturday around 5:30 p.m.. there were two young black men up front that were just spectacular at their job. They literally made sure every table had everything they needed. They literally walked around like servers. I sat in the play area while my kids stayed busy playing on the McDonald’s play area ..you just never see those anymore.. I think I was more stoked than the kids! Lol .. my favorite part was the customer service though. This was my second time coming in there and the first time was also pleasant. Overall the customer service from these two men was highly unexpected. I wish I would have got their names because they definitely deserve a raise. One had glasses and was mid height the other was tall and skinny and looked young like maybe fresh out of high school.. Both of them were better than most servers you get when you go to fine dine. Thanks yall for making our day. Food is always HOT AND FRESH! WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK!

I’ve been going to McDonald’s since 1980 as a child for happy meals. I’m an adult collector now and the way I was treated in the store refused to be helped. No care for any of my concerns whatsoever laughed at talked about talk shit to I will never again use this store and may never again have anything from McDonald’s because of my experience today a formal complaint has been filed and I will do everything. I tend to make sure everyone there who gave me hell today pays for it with their job.

2 nights in a row after work, ordered food through the app for pickup only to see the store closed. 20 minutes wasted each time. It would be great if there was a way for the store to prevent people from placing an order if the store will be closed earlier than their usual time.

Management rude over “canceled” order
Total failure in service and cleanliness. I went inside because the app wouldn’t take my location; the restrooms were disgusting and staff were idle while customers waited. I was told my mobile order was canceled for being “too late” (I had arrived 3 minutes earlier), yet my PayPal was still charged. When I called to get a refund, the manager was rude and unhelpful, claiming they have no power to cancel orders. I paid for food I never got. Disgraceful.

I am generally not a fan of the franchise. But, this location stands out as superior.
The place was well staffed, clean and seems to be very well managed.
The food was fresh and hot, and even at noon came quickly.
One bonus here is that this location offers fries in a “basket”, so larger than a standard large fry.

How you gonna tell me that your clotsed it is 10:45 PM? When it’s a 24 hour operation McDonald’s. And then I asked the lady up front said, why are you taking people? And you’re not taking me and she said, because we’re fixing to close I said, what are you hours? She responds back to me. We’re short staff, then say that is what I responded. And then she wanted to fight. Come on. Is this really our new generation? Whatever happened to customer satisfaction garbage, they need to fire. This woman.

This location needs to be efficient when having eight people in lobby, including Doordash drivers, waiting for a staff member to come to check out to bring the orders.
This whole pick up experience was 14 minutes that should have been two minutes. but Management of this location don’t care.
