Very nice Olive Garden! It was busy for Valentine’s Day lunch, but we were seated quickly by using the wait list option online. The wait staff was pleasant. We all enjoyed the salad and breadsticks. I had the ravioli small plate which was yummy and a good portion. The rest of my party enjoyed the 5 cheese ziti dish and the chicken & shrimp carbonara. We all enjoyed the food and service.

This was probably the worst Olive Garden experience I’ve had. I’m a regular at Olive Garden and not weekly but I would say like once every couple of months and usually in every city / state I visit, which is a lot. Others would probably disagree but I really regret visiting here. We were on road trip and needed something reliable and within a somewhat quick timeframe because we still had a long way to go that evening. Unfortunately, probably because it’s a smaller town and around dinner time, it was busy. Parking lot was a mess and even though we were seated and attended to immediately, our food took about 45 minutes, close to an hour for an unknown and unexplained reason. Our soup came right away but the Toscana had no kale. When we brought it up to the server she was like “oh yeah, it doesn’t, hmm..I guess there’s no kale. Anything else?” Very unusual response. When we started realizing our food was taking a long time, the server kind of disappeared. She passed by and looked over from a distance but didn’t address or acknowledge the situation. By the time she did come around, she said something that didn’t make sense like “well the person in the back said if she doesn’t see the order she doesn’t make it but i put it in”…. I don’t understand how she services people like this. Other (larger) tables that came after us were served and left before us. We ordered a chicken fettuccine Alfredo, that’s all, just one. And by the time it came, we were ready to leave. It was annoying and I’d never recommend this location or return here again.

It is obvious that this Olive Garden in Morristown is serious about maintaining their standards! The food was exceptional, the service was exceptional and the experience was exceptional. Two separate managers came by our table to check and see if everything was satisfactory. Our server LaChrista was amazing as were the staff that ensured each table was cleaned to perfection. Our appetizer “calamari” was the best we have ever had, so fresh and tender. Our main course “shrimp scampi and eggplant Parmesan was so good we came back for more. It’s nice to have a properly staffed restaurant you can still enjoy each time you visit.

I’ll tell you what! Once you think having good service doesn’t exist anymore.. Olive Garden will prove you wrong! I mean holy moly the food, service, atmosphere is all AMAZING! So many times we go out to eat where it’s so expensive then food gets messed up and service sucks. Then it sucks because everything is so expensive and you spent your hard earned money with a unsatisfied experience. It is SO NICE Not just to have one – two great experience at Olive Garden BUT EVERYTIME We go it makes you feel I mean so happy! The drink menu is affordable and so are the appetizers. You might be paying maybe $18-$20 a meal but you also get UNLIMITED soup or salad AND breadsticks. You get so much for your money. I absolutely give this place as many stars you could possibly give. Extremely satisfied. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worse time I’ve ever had at this olive garden…slow service empty tables all around us though…the card reader was very dirty,(needs to be cleaned when new customers come) floors not as clean either….ask for water with lemon, “no lemon sorry” one hour later, next table over gets a bowl of sliced lemons…hope this place can get better help, I hate to see a place go down like this…but, all that being said our food was excellent after waiting forever for it. Could not give 5 stars cause no, and I mean no! onions in the salad.

We waited over 15 minutes before anyone greeted us or took our drink orders, which was disappointing. However, Keaton stepped in and took care of our table, even though it wasn’t in his section. He provided excellent and speedy service, turning our experience around.

I also want to highlight Ciara, who checked in on us frequently and ensured we had everything we needed. Additionally, Richard, the manager, was wonderful, responding quickly to our needs and offering sincere support throughout our visit.

Overall, while the initial wait was frustrating, the attentive service from Keaton, Ciara, and Richard made our dining experience enjoyable. I look forward to returning!

Love me some olive garden with healthy options, vegetarian options, and gluten free items. Just ask for a menu. Staff are friendly and go above & beyond to assist you with dietary restrictions. This is a great place to dine alone or with others. Atmosphere is nice but can be noisy in the evening when there’s a lot of people. Food is delicious! Come hungry. You won’t regret it.

This was our 2nd time at this Olive Garden within 1 month. The 1st was to celebrate our son’s birthday & tonight was my husband & myself. The servers were very friendly & the food was excellent, for the most part. Their cream based soups were watery & tasteless but otherwise, the other foods were good.
The reason I gave this establishment a 3* is because both times we’ve been there we felt so rushed! Tonight, Once the servers took our order he brought our drinks, soup & breadsticks. Just as we were enjoying our soup, not 2 minutes later, the appetizer was brought out. Again, in less than 2-3 minutes our meal was brought out & our server asked if we wanted a “to go box” I must’ve looked like a deer in headlights!! I pushed my soup aside, had 1 mozzarella stick & decided I better start my entree before it got cold! By my 2nd taste the server was back, again, asking if we wanted “to go” boxes! I didn’t look at him but I replied, “I’m still eating!” Not 3-4 minutes later, he was back asking about “to go” boxes again!! At this point my food was ice cold & I was so annoyed that we took home our soups, 1/2 of the appetizer & almost our entire meal!! If we wanted fast food we could’ve driven thru somewhere else!!! I will never return to this location!!! EDIT: I read where it said staff wears masks & not 1 of the servers we saw had one on so NO! They do not!!

UPDATE: We stopped here today, a year later. Not a good experience. We visited almost a year ago. We waited almost an hour for our food. When it arrived part of it was cold, part was burnt. We spoke to the manager who told us he would not charge us for the meal, and he asked us to give them another try.
