Just picked up a spicy 9 piece and it is delicious! Chicken is hot and juicy, red beans and rice is on point and the biscuits never disappoint! Service was great, all the employees were smiling and getting it done. LOVE that chicken at Popeyes!!

I have never eaten Popeyes until day before yesterday. Fresh, tender and a completely different experience with chicken. Crisp, crunchy, tender, meaty but….personally would have to be in the food for it. No complaints but not what I expected. But was happy nonetheless.

Showed up an hour before closing to pick up an online order and the workers were snarky and rude. The original comment when they saw our ticket was “uhhh this big ticket?”
We were smiling and saying thank you and the one girl just “mmm” and “mmmm” and shook her head at us. They were out of a few items and we had to ask what could be substituted and then got treated like it was our fault….. they pulled us forward which wasn’t an issue but when she brought it out to us she didn’t even say anything to us.
Customer service reeks at this location…
As we were pulling away about 3 other cars pulled up and we had waited about 20 minutes for our food. So…… at least we showed up a full hour before closing and not 15 minutes before.
Food was cold and incorrect. Old and just not what we expected.
Have the day and night y’all deserve and smile.

Get customer service training in this store today. One thing you want, as a business, is to have customers wanting to return and do more business with you. What you don’t want is poor service and non-existent quality control yielding a one-and-done customer experience. The team wasn’t mean, they just didn’t give a darn, didn’t check our order, handed out just open bags of food through drive through. All around meh experience. Do better. You know you can.

We went inside to order because the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. We got inside and it was standing room only. They only had one cashier working, I felt bad for her. It was 12:30pm, you would think at lunch time they should be fully staffed. We left after 20 minutes and still was a long line in front of us.

Popeyes should create an award for worst Popeyes because this Ocala pine location is a strong contender. I have probably been to this store about 15 times over the course of my time living in Ocala and only two of them have been positive. I genuinely don’t know why I continue to return to the store to give it another chance other than that I love Popeyes, but never again and unfortunately because of the repeat performance in this store and corporate Popeyes continue disregard for this store. Unfortunately, I’m just not gonna be eating Popeyes anymore.

Tossed a non sealed cup of sauce in my bag and it exploded everywhere. The signature heat sauce is oily and gritty and has an awkward raw sugar grit all throughout it. Horrible. Tiny portions for a stupid price. No thanks. Never again.

The two ladies upfront damn the experience even better ‼️ Under pressure with a rush they didn’t break. They stayed professional. The main lady “Porsha” who wasn’t the manger, thanked all her co-workers for their hard work. I love her energy here ❤️ I will definitely visit again.
