Last night at Applebee’s, we initially went to the bar for takeout. Leila greeted us warmly and provided menus, explained happy hour, and was knowledgeable about drinks. She remembered to apply my free appetizer coupon at the end. We ordered a 2-for-$20 and extra mozzarella sticks; everything was correct and delivered quickly. Leila ensured our to-go orders were properly packed. She was attentive and provided excellent service. I wanted to commend her diligence and kindness. I truly believe Leila’s attentiveness and professionalism deserve special recognition. She seamlessly balanced multiple customers, ensured every detail of our order was correct, and made us feel valued. Staff who consistently create such positive experiences can be a huge asset to your team. I hope she is considered for opportunities to advance or receive acknowledgment because she absolutely earned it.

Staff were super kind and helpful. My Giftcard didn’t work on my curbside pickup order so the waitress and manger patiently helped me figure out the issue, voided my original payment, and then redid it using the gift card so I could get my discount. Really appreciate all their help!

I had a really good experience at Applebee’s in Westbury. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our food came out hot and on time and the drinks were amazing. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The menu has a lot of options, and everything we ordered tasted great. Overall, it was a smooth experience with good service, good food, and a comfortable vibe. I’d definitely come back.

The hostess seated us quickly and without any issues. The food was delicious and came out right on time. Our server Sierra was incredible- her positive attitude and great service really made our night enjoyable.

We celebrated my mother’s birthday and the staff was amazing food came out on time fresh and flavored. My sister and brothers drinks were great they enjoyed them. Salad was fresh as well. Our waitress Pat aka Patricia thank you again you were the best as well as the hostess who greeted us upon us arriving. Thank you for accepting our reservation of party of seven. Thank you to the photographer who took our photos. As we have these memories to share for ever. The staff at this location very professional and great service thank you. Amazing place to eat & enjoy!! The bartender Tatiana is a sweetheart, beautiful, kind, professional and pleasant!!! One of the reasons why my husband and I come for date nights!!! All of the employees are absolutely amazing and hard working as well!!! We also the pleasure of having Leila attend to our table this past Saturday and she did more than amazing job!!!! Love this Applebees!!! As busy as it was on Saturday, all of the employees worked hard extremely hard and was pleasant, professional, dedicated and made sure we was good even if it wasn’t their table!!!

Just wanted to take a moment to shout-out Gabby. They were the only server this shift and they were friendly and accommodating. There were numerous tables and everyone was served in a timely manner, even though they were very apologetic about the wait. I came with my 2 year old and it was a super easy dining experience with the perfect kids meal! Thanks Gabby!
