My wife and I have been doing the White Castle Valentine’s Day thing for years now – where you sit down and staff serves you. This was our first visit to this particular location, and it was hands down the best experience! The place was super clean, fun decorations everywhere, and our server was very friendly and took great care of us. And of course the food was delicious. After the meal we all took a few pictures together. I can’t speak for the day-to-day service, but this place definitely made our Valentine’s Day a fun, memorable event!

I didn’t realize that White Castle had fish sandwiches, which were excellent. The staff member told me a few other new options on the menu. It was a good overall experience, if you don’t care for the sandwiches, the staff will more than make up for the dislike.

Founded in 1921 by Billy Ingram, White Castle began as a small family-owned business with just $700 and a dream. From these humble beginnings, Ingram introduced the now-famous small, square hamburgers priced at five cents. These irresistible bites were nicknamed Sliders and quickly became a hit, often sold by the sack for hungry customers.
In 1954, a brilliant suggestion by Earl Howell, an employee at a White Castle restaurant in Cincinnati, transformed the burger game. Howell proposed adding five small holes to each patty, allowing the burgers to cook faster and absorb more flavor. White Castle loved the idea so much that they patented the innovation, and it has been a part of their unique cooking method ever since.
As a lifelong fan, I’ve been enjoying White Castle since childhood. Sixty-six years later, their Sliders still bring back memories of simpler times and family gatherings. My personal tip for the perfect White Castle experience? Add extra pickles to the original Sliders and don’t forget to grab some fish nibblers when they’re available.

I placed a mobile order so my order was paid for obviously. You can’t even complete a mobile order without providing payment. When I got to the restaurant I told them I was picking up my mobile order and they asked for payment again. I was confused and showed the manager proof of my payment on the app and she said “oh it will say that but it doesn’t mean it’s paid for.” They refused to give me my food until I paid again at the restaurant. I checked my bank account and was charged twice obviously. I had to call customer service to submit a request for a refund. Time of order 11:30am on 12/21. Please train your employees better.

Lunch break quick stop and it was so good. I haven’t had a castle burger in a while so I was surprised by their new menu items. I got the 1921 combo. The burger was about twice the thickness of a regular slider and its cooked the same way including the grilled onions. You can opt for any cheese you please. The main difference between the 1921 slider and the “regular ” slider ( besides the size) is lettuce and tomato. My veggies were fresh and it didn’t have the end piece of tomato which was a welcome sight. I will definitely be back. I love happy lunch time endings.

Bought a 30 case. Drive thru cashier an antisocial mute. Server more friendly, actually said “You’re welcome” with a slight grin. As for the sliders, varying pickles some partial, none and multiple. Sliders somewhat hastily assembled into fingerprint smudged boxes, compared to other sites’ neatness and cleanliness. Some sliders had no onions, some a few but rarely enough. Quality control not factor but hey guess they tasted minimal flavor. I’d say sparse on the salt. The onion chips over cooked with breading on the dark crunchy side. We’ll probably will drive a few miles farther to another location next time. But at least got my crave fix this round. Plus the ‘hood may be a bit rough in the later hours but some folks seek that entertainment at the WC lounge!
