Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This Whataburger is much faster than regular Whataburgers. Perhaps it’s because it was early morning or because it’s not very busy in here.

Food is what you’d expect, very good. The restrooms and the dining area are very clean. Hardly a soul here.

I had a great experience at this location. I ordered a double meat burger and when I got home I noticed it was a single meat. I called immediately and spoke with a young lady named Joanne(Jo), she said “sorry about that, please come in at your earliest convenience and we will fix you right up.” Considering I working late hours, I showed up 2 days later and sure enough Jo was there and she had my order re made. Super good and delicious burger. Thank you.

I use to love coming to this location have not been in a long time but thought I go out of my way to get some and I was so disappointed because I got a sweet and spicy burger and it had so sauce at all on it if they didn’t have any they could of just said that and I would have just went somewhere else

Order biscuits and gravy this morning. The biscuit was hard like a brick and I’m gonna post a picture of this gravy. This is freaking ridiculous. Always receiving horrible service at this location. Management need to do something about this trash. They’re serving people. While waiting for my food, they were talking badly about the customers in drive-through that’s wrong. You never know who you’re serving and you never know who’s listening. The food was horrible. I could literally bust out a window with his biscuit That’s how hard it is

Can’t go wrong with burgers for breakfast. Staff was fast and friendly, food came out fresh, delicious, and just as I ordered.

Edited to add: Whataburger, please bring the Sweet And Spicy Bacon Burger to Arizona. I’ve been visiting your restaurants in AZ for 20 years now, but just this week discovered the SSBB while in Texas. Why is it not a regular menu item in Phoenix?!

Long wait times AND stale food every single time. I wouldn’t mind the excessive wait if I knew the food was made fresh, but that simply doesn’t happen here. Dine-in isn’t a bad experience but drive through has never been worth it here.

This Particular Whataburger is absolutely amazing! We had wonderful customer service very attentive, helpful and hardworking young man I believe his name was Jace ? .. awesome job .. keeping the entire restaurant super clean inside and out including restrooms .. spotless … Wonderful respectful young man …
Our meal was well made , delicious, and hot .

6 hours into a 9 hour car trip with my wife and two toddlers I went into the drive in and waited for 5 minutes and the line didn’t move an inch. I backed out and parked to walk in. I ran in while my wife and girls were waiting in the car and I ordered a large shake and it took literally 30 minutes to get it. 25 minutes into my wait I asked to talk to a manager. The manager didn’t provide any solutions besides a refund (which would have been a completely wasted 30 minutes for me). I asked for a refund and the shake because of the wasted time, and let her only I just wanted my time back. She actually laughed at me and said no that they of course couldn’t do that.

I acknowledge I was acting frustrated but I wasn’t yelling or cussing or taking it out on the workers. I know I was respectful, and the fact that she laughed at me and told me no through her smile felt so dismissive and even disrespectful.

Horrible service, and they didn’t focus on solutions to their customers problems.

Ordered food for curbside. After waiting for over 10 minutes, I went in because my food hadn’t come out. When inquiring about my food, staff was standing around talking. There was only 1 other customer in the store. It was not busy yet they couldn’t bring out curbside food. Manager was sitting in a corner booth talking to someone. Fries were cold and buns were hard. This is by far the worst Whataburger with the worst customer service. No one was even at the counter to greet incoming customers.
