First and LAST time I will ever eat here. Food is nasty AND the cook came out with RAW chicken in his UNGLOVED hand, other UNGLOVED hand had celery. CROSS CONTAMINATION IS DEFINITELY HAPPENING HERE. I asked for bone IN wings. Got boneless chicken, the size of chicken nuggets. The mac and cheese bites don’t have any macaroni in them. They taste like super processed balls of cheese in them. Waste of money and their restaurant inside is FILTY. Also estimated 15-20 minutes wait time. Took almost an hour for my order to be ready, just for it to be wrong and gross. And don’t expect your wings that are “seasoned” instead of sauces to be seasoned before. They do it after it is cooked, making them flavorless. AND forgot my drink too.

I placed an order for wings for Super Bowl Sunday. I requested a 5:30 pick up time. I arrived at 5:15. At 6:30 I finally got my order. No explanation nor an “I’m sorry you had to wait.” I realize it is a busy day, but plan ahead to have customers’ orders ready at the time it was promised. I really like their wings, but this was unacceptable.

Used to love this place but it has went downhill. Went several weeks ago and the service was terrible we sat for 30 minutes before we even got our drinks. Despite talking to waitress multiple times. After an hour we still did not have our food and they told us the cooks had forgot it and were going to remake it. When we received the food the chicken wings were undercooked almost raw. They also had barely any sauce. And the quesadilla was burnt to a crisp. It was the first time in my life I have not been able to eat food at a restaurant. The food was genuinely disgusting. If I could give it zero stars I would and we will not be going back.

if the food quality doesn’t scare you the cleanliness of the bathrooms will. Hard to believe this place passes inspection. For less money there are plenty of comfort food options nearby. also they like ICE way too much and it dilutes the drinks.

I had to try the place out and was so glad I did. There are 2 bars inside – in two different rooms or partitions of the establishment.
There are TV’s adorned all-over, placing sports network feeds. The dining rooms get very crowded. You will also notice alot of people getting takeout.
I was shocked by the quality of the wings. I seek a hot wings with good flavor. Wings To Go has a suicide sauce that I found great in taste and heat. Along with the suicide flavor, I got some buffalo garlic. They were good as well but without the eye-watering heat that the suicide sauce has.
Try it, it’s good!

55$ for hard, tasteless, burnt to death chicken tenders with a side of floppy, thick, unseasoned “hot chips”. Probably the worst meal I have ever had, who considers this edible! Not to mention we asked for a steak and cheese sub but was told it wasn’t on their computer…then we get there and it’s clearly listed on the menu! Please save your money, I highly wouldn’t recommend coming here!

Wings were overcooked and delivered warm, as opposed to hot. Service was good. Menu hasn’t changed over the years, but the sauces appeared to sourced differently. Inconsistent flavor profiles on the wings.

Supposed to come w/four sauces received zero
Was told 15 minutes on the phone spent five going to the grocery store to get a few items 15 in the grocery store 5 to 10 to getting to wings to go so it has been 30 minutes when I got there and the order still wasn’t ready waited another 10 before we paid another 15 after we paid only to leave with this.
Had a line of customers that were there to pick up food … three girls went to clean one tea pitcher and two went up front to stand at the podium rather than ensure ready orders, already paid for was given to customers … this left one girl behind the counter and she was on the phone
I will do bdubs, dominos or make my own
Will not pay $1 + for one piece of chicken that is barely around the size of a quarter. Dry, & overcooked
So disappointed ☹️
Read the reviews… “pat” repetitive responses are the norm from those “in charge” – Same complaints. Same responses
I can spend my $ somewhere where they don’t put the responsibility off on the customer to get the order correct … can you IMAGINE if the manager/owner was in healthcare?! !!!!
It would sound like Gee, it’s always our goal to make sure that we operate on the right organ or remove the correct limb sorry if that didn’t happen but I hope next time you’ll be sure to look at your own x-ray and then postop let the nurse know if we didn’t do it right and then give us another chance
