The food was pretty good, but the portions were a bit small. The bistro chicken sandwich was good, but lacking a sauce to pull it together. The duck pot pie was probably the best, but was small. If you are hungry definitely order a side since it doesn’t come with it. The kids liked the mac n cheese and chicken tenders. The restaurant has a cozy mountain feel and was super cute. They were out of two menu items. Overall a good experience.

The service and ambience here was great, especially in the covered patio that looks out over the creek. The waitress was really helpful and explained everything on the menu that could be made gluten free (see highlights in the photos). The fryer is also Celiac-safe and they have gluten free buns for the burgers or sandwiches. I only got a drink and an order of truffle fries, but next time I want to try a burger because they looked delicious.

We came here for a quick lunch after a ride on the Georgetown Railroad. Cooper’s on the Creek was one of a few places open for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. The inside is cutely decorated and clean. The restrooms were nice and clean. The food was good. The Cooper Burger was good. The fries were a little too greasy for my liking. Overall it’s a good place to stop for a good bite to eat. Everyone was super friendly.

This spot was perfect for an evening spent out with my girlfriends. I ordered the Green Chile Shrimp and Grits which I highly recommend. The Green Chile dip, Truffle Mac and cheese and Truffle fries were all delicious. The flavors were absolutely amazing. I very much appreciated the great wine list. The service that we received was exceptional, very attentive and super friendly.

The food here is absolutely amazing. If you are in Georgetown, this is the place to dine. Heck, if you are staying in Breck and have to drive an hour in I-70 traffic, this is the place to dine!!! It’s seriously amazing. We were in Georgetown as vendors for a fantastic two weekend holiday market and we ate here every night. Normally we try new places but we just couldn’t not come back. Everything we had was amazing, drinks, apps, entrees, service. A definite must visit!!!!! You will not regret it!

A Relaxing Outdoorsy Experience
If you’re looking for a laid-back dining spot with a scenic touch, Cooper on the Creek is a great choice. Nestled by a small, tranquil creek, the setting offers a refreshing outdoor experience that pairs perfectly with a good meal. The friendly staff and simple yet well-curated menu make it an easy pick for a casual outing.
A perfect start to the meal is the Green Chili Dip with house potatoes and the Crispy Brussels Sprouts—both flavorful and satisfying. When it comes to entrees, the burgers steal the show, with the Cooper’s Burger being a must-try for its juicy, well-balanced flavors. Burgers pairs with colorful cocktails perfectly.
For dessert, while the Crème Brûlée didn’t quite hit the mark, the cheesecake was a solid choice with a creamy and delicious finish.
The restaurant is well-maintained, with clean restrooms, and the entrance faces northwest. Overall, I recommend this place for anyone who enjoys good food in a relaxed, nature-filled setting, and I’ll definitely return for another meal by the creek.

Stopped here looking for a cute mom and pop restaurant. This fit the description perfectly! Their back room overlooking the river is beyond gorgeous and they have a great heater in case it’s cold. To start out the Brussels sprouts were fantastic and had so much flavor as they use a special chili sauce mixture. I got the candied hog burger and it did not disappoint! The flavors were immaculate and the beef was fresh and thick. Definitely a more meaty burger. The fries were a huge disappointment. They were more like chips as they are way too thin so all u eat is fried crunch. The cooper burger on the other hand was not as flavorful and was just beefy. I recommend the hog burger for sure. Our waiter was extremely friendly and seemed happy to be there. Everything was great until he left us with the check and never came back to retrieve it. We have to walk to the front. I’m sure it was a mishap but still was inconvenient. I would definitely recommend stopping here and then exploring Georgetown!

Not what it used to be. Nice bar restaurant right off the highway in Georgetown.
Came here a couple years ago and the food was a fantastic and the service was really great.
Hostess was unfriendly. Tried to make small talk in a friendly way and I was completely ignored.
Out of several menu items, including green chili, the duck pie and soup.
Really mediocre Reuben sandwich. The corn beef must’ve been grilled before It was put on the sandwich and large portions of it were burnt. And they didn’t have any horseradish or horseradish sauce for the side.
Got there when they opened at 11:30 and it filled up really quick they were busy. Not sure why.
Server was friendly about the only redeeming thing for the whole place

I’m so glad we decided to come to Cooper’s on the Creek. I was looking for some mountain ambience and I still wanted tasty food. Sometimes that can be hard to find. Thankfully they have a picturesque location as well as delicious food at Cooper’s on the Creek. Georgetown is great for tourists and locals alike. I loved sitting by the river and enjoying the sounds of nature while I waited for my food. My server was knowledgeable, kind and attentive. The food was excellent and worth coming back for. Even their salad was elevated and every bite worth eating. The duck poutine was delectable and rich. The duck pot pie had a light and fluffy pastry crust. The desserts were delicious. The creme brulee was not quite set yet but it was still tasty. And we really enjoyed the cheesecake. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who is a fan of mountain ambience and good food.

This place is cute with seating outdoors by the creek. Best bet is to reserve a table as this place has incredibly limited seating. We ended up indoors as we were earlier than our reservation(travel time was way shorter than anticipated) which is our bad. They have a day menu, bar menu and an after 4 menu. We all enjoyed the meals we got. My only real complaint is the pricing. Dunno how local folks get to enjoy this place as it’s kinda hefty. Due to this, we probably won’t come back as a family but perhaps on other occasions.
