Definitely a great time there was a whole lot of people in there. It took me 30 minutes to get sit down. My waiter was great. Food is great. They only had two games on with the dozen TVs in your view.

We had a fantastic experience at Primanti Bros. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and seated promptly. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout our visit.

The sandwiches were just as good as everyone says—loaded, flavorful, and satisfying. The signature combo of meats, cheese, coleslaw, and fries piled high on thick-cut bread definitely lived up to the hype. Everything tasted fresh and was served hot and fast.

It’s not just the food that makes this place stand out—it’s the welcoming vibe and great service that made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

Stopped by Primanti Bros in Hagerstown and it did not disappoint! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is relaxed, upbeat, and full of good energy. The staff was super friendly, quick with service, and made us feel right at home.
The drinks were on point – great selection, well mixed, and perfect for kicking back after a long day. Whether you’re a beer person, cocktail lover, or just want something fun, they’ve got you covered.
Food came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The classic Primanti style sandwiches with the fries inside are always a win. Portions are generous, and everything just hits the spot.
Honestly, the best part is the atmosphere – good music, good drinks, good people. It’s the kind of place you go to once and immediately plan your next visit.
If you’re in the area and want a place with good vibes, great drinks, and feel-good energy, this is it. Highly recommend!

I have roots in the ‘Burgh, I have been to the original. If you are expecting this to be 100 percent like what they do in Pittsburgh, it will not line up. However, we’re not in Pittsburgh, it would be unrealistic to do everything 100 percent the same. For being a newer location far away from the originals; it does a really good job. The classic things you would expect are all there. Yes, the expanded menu takes some getting used to, but every time I have tried a newer item, I end up liking it.

The murals are a great metaphor for the experience. Of course the local teams would not be up in Pittsburgh. But, it makes sense to have them here. At the end of the day, they still have everyone from Pittsburgh there too.

I often leave with a pack of Arns, because where else can I get that here?!

Came here with some friends and it was my first time. The atmosphere was really cool with many TVs around, so if you are into sports, you definitely can watch together there. Similar to like a Buffalo wild wings type of atmosphere.

But the service that we got was really good. We had a great waiter and the food was really good as well. If you like different types of sandwiches, this is a really good place to come by. And also, I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing which was very affordable.

Fries weren’t cooked enough. Wife’s sandwich had 2 slices of meat so it was basically a cole slaw sandwich. Seems like they are cutting back the portions and thats not a good change.

Waitress was excellent!

Place was cold too.

We were there 1/3/25 – it was the absolutely worst experience ever there. There was no one to seat us for several minutes as well as another party who was waiting before us. Then we waited 7 minutes for our server to come to our table then another seven for her to bring our drinks. For context there were 3 parties in her section, so it was not busy at all. No refills offered. The strips were over cooked and the fries were cold. The server didn’t come to see if we were ready for a check, and we even had cash in the table too trying to indicate we were ready to go.
We’ve been there many times and it’s never been this bad. There were several other parties that arrived and left shortly after being seated. We should have done the same.

I ordered a bacon and cheese sandwich. I was served 2 slices of plain white bread with a couple of pieces of bacon and maybe half a slice of melted cheddar. The fries were cold and mostly those super crispy bits that get scraped out of the bottom of the basket. It was my 1st and last time there.
