Food was mediocre, warm like hotel food. Bacon was not cooked to order then was burnt to a crisp. Waitstaff was slow, never refilled the drinks or even asked us how the bacon was after it wasn’t cooked right. He was friendly so I will give him that. They claim to be remodeled but the booth we sat was clearly not new or even fixed. (We ate there before they closed down it was like that then) the other booth across the way also
had clear damage. We will not be returning. The guy that greeted us upon arrival had a gigantic wound on his forehead not even covered. It was an awful $40 for two people to have breakfast experience.

Came in it was busy willing to wait. But wait for a hour nope. Her tablet died? So people who came in 30 mins after use full tables of 4 get served before us. No communication with our over worked waitress. So after a hour watching the table of 4 get served and eat before we saw our food we order a hour prior. Management should have came over apologize and offer a discount at this point. Now I’m hungry leaving a 1 star review. Ugh I wanted those creps

From the moment I arrived, the hostess seemed a bit overwhelmed. I completely understand that it was busy, but there wasn’t much communication with the guests waiting in the lobby, which made things feel a little unorganized.
My food was slightly overcooked. I chose not to mention it at the time since I know the kitchen was likely under pressure, and it seemed like the pancakes may have been sitting for a bit.
On a positive note, our server was great she was attentive and clearly doing her best despite how busy it was.
Overall, the experience gave me the impression that management may not have been very present or fully prepared to handle the rush.

New management is doing a great job! Great service, very clean. It’s a bit pricey but a lot of food, everything we had was delicious. We’ll be going back soon.

Brought my kids as we have not been in awhile. First issue was my daughter’s tea was so bitter not sweet at all. Almost like they have not cleaned the tea containers in awhile and tea was made a long time ago. Then they forgot my daughters marinara for her cheesesticks. Waiter kept forgetting our items. My son got fresh berry crepes and they were not good from his words. I also got fresh berry crepes and noticed the strawberries were a starting to rot. I had asked for hot sauce for my food which was forgotten by the server named Chavis I believe was his name. The blueberry syrup was not very good either. By the time he came back to the table I just asked for ticket and paid. There were also a couple of older women next to us who waited for quite some time for there ticket. My whole experience was poor. Will not be coming back. At least to this location any way.

Me and my family are here tonight for the first time in a while because we had seen something saying under new management so we gave it a try again!!! I’m very pleased with the three girls that worked Saturday night November 30th they were absolutely amazing had a very clean seating and showed a lot of fast paced hot food and very outstanding service! I am very pleased with them all and will be back again soon!

Came in to celebrate my wife’s birthday by having breakfast. The place was busy but our wait was minimal. Our server, Jordan, was the best ever. He was so friendly and really went out if his way to make our experience great, especially my wife for her birthday. He checked in on us often, and always with a smile or friendly comment. Our food was really good and we were very pleased with our experience. When we are in Liberty again we will definitely stop in at IHOP and hopefully Jordan will wait on us again. It has been quite a while since I have said that about a server. I even noticed other servers just as pleasant at other tables. Good job to all of you.

The new management has turned this place around. Great service, my drink was always full. The food came quick. We were in and out in 40 minutes or less even though the place was packed on a Sunday morning.

My husband and I went because they were under new management.
WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! The food was fantastic! Much, MUCH better than the last time we went. We had no wait time to be seated.
While it appears that they used the existing “dividers” that have gouge’s, this reviewer chose to overlook the issue considering how clean the rest of the dining area was, (they removed the carpet), the taste and temperature of the food and the friendliness of the staff.
My husband and I will most DEFINITELY be coming back again.

Food was fresh and service was excellent! Very clean and very friendly. Had one of the twin brothers as waiter and made sure everything tasted good and even pointed out some value items on menu. New owner has really turned this place around
