First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

This is an amazing, contemporay breakfast joint. They serve lunch too. Unique dishes that will have your mouth watering! They leave a pot of coffee at the table. This is a great place to bring a guest from out of town. You must try it! I believe it closes at 1 pm. If you visit at 11 am on a weekend, it is packed! About 12 noon, the parking lot will empty from the breakfast parties leaving.

We were seated quickly. The food was delicious and perfectly hot. I’ve never had a bad experience at first watch. I had the biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were toasted and a little crunchy so they didn’t turn into a paste with the gravy. My eggs were light and fluffy and the potatoes were so good. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food, from salads to waffles.

Vanessa was my lovely server today and was jso sweet and kind, and made sure that I was completely taken care of my entire visit. I sat next to two delightful ladies who had a lovely conversation about Prince Harry and Megan and all things politics. I do not watch the news so it was very enlightening & fun to hear & see what makes Az such an incredible place to live. I thanked them by taking care of their breakfast . I ordered two plain pancakes with seasoned potatoes. They came out hot fresh and completely delicious!!❤️Definitely visit for great food, warm atmosphere & lovely waitresses T

I loved the food, & so did my kids. I saw a gentleman with a dog so I assume pets are welcome. (Maybe service animals) check with restaurant as I am not 100% sure. Service was good. We didn’t have to wait long. All our food was fresh. I will be returning.

Everything was delicious. We were seated right away on a Saturday morning, our sever was attentive and efficient, the food was yummy. It was great having vegan options . Their lemonade was refreshing…highly recommend!

The food here was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Everything from the avocado toast to the morning meditation juice hit the spot. But beyond the great food, what really stood out to me was the team — especially Ruben.
Ruben is the kind of person every restaurant needs. Throughout breakfast, I found myself watching how he moved through the dining room — always aware, always attentive. He has a natural sense for what guests need, often addressing issues or checking in before anyone even had to ask. His calm and professional demeanor, paired with that sharp intuition, was seriously impressive. If he’s not already in a management role, he definitely should be.
Shout out to Heidi as well — she was a wonderful waitress, warm and efficient, and made the experience even better.
All in all, this is the kind of spot you leave feeling full, happy, and well taken care of. Can’t wait to come back!

This place was amazing . The service was great, the food was delicious and so great. They give you more than your money’s worth. The drink that I got was super delicious, It was a new drink with cream in it, very tropical. I would love to have that same drink again if and when I go back. I can’t wait. I definitely recommend First Watch to everyone, it’s amazing

The food was delicious. Yet you can tell that they’re cooking for a broad demographic so they aren’t putting too much spice salt into the food. But it was well prepared and delicious. The choices are outstanding. If you’re looking for interesting, this is the place to come and try. I do like the wait staff. Very friendly, extremely efficient. This is a great place to bring your parents from lunch, breakfast and such.

This was such a perfect spot for breakfast. We went two days in a row while in town. Every single thing we had was excellent. From the light and fluffy waffles to the maple bacon to the avocado toast. 10/10 would recommend if you are in town.
