Love Culver’s for fast food. Even a long line waiting to order, moves swiftly due to staffing that appears to care about customer service.
After placing your order, cups are provided for us to visit the beverage station. Tabletops are cleaned promptly, so seating is only a problem when the dining area is full of customers. That says a great deal about a restaurant.
Our order is delivered to our table. There is a dining area attendant that also indicates customer service is a priority.
The fried onion rings are my favorite along with the cheese curds. The pot roast sandwich, reuben, and tenderloin are our usual sandwich choices.
For dessert, the Turtle Sundae made with fresh frozen vanilla custard topped with hot fudge, caramel, and pecans is delicious.

Y’all I’ve been coming to Culver’s for about 10 years, since getting Food poisoning from the Steak-n-Shake by the Walmart on Telegraph. That situation introduced me to who Culver’s were.
Tried the RHB Pub Burger (Made it a Meal). It was different but delicious. However, what made my lunch as I come to Culver’s often, different was the hospitality from TY. This young man that took my order, delivered it to my table an did an OUTSTANDING job! It was the Customer Service that I noticed came naturally to him. Everyone is always kind, but he stood out. I even observed him walk the room making sure everyone enjoying their meal along with asking if the patrons needed anything. I visit a lot of restaurants and Culver’s, especially this location on Rusty is one of the best hands down. I visit no other restaurant for a burger unless it’s Culver’s!

We had Culver’s for the first time. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, with a spicy taste that wasn’t too spicy if you can’t handle heat. The service was fast, the food was hot, and the restaurant was clean. Noah brought our food to our table and was very friendly and outgoing. My only complaint is that the sodas from the soda machine tasted horrible, like dirty dish water.

Absolutely delicious for a fast-food place. I only ever get their burgers and fries, and they’re perfect if you’re a burger person. The service is great too — very polite younger staff who make the experience even better. I will die if I don’t have one this week!

The last two times we have visited this store the food has been below average. The burgers were barely warm, small and over cooked. The fries were hot but average.

I was the only customer six people in front, two of them gave me eye contact and walked away no one greeting me for a minute and the lady that took my order said she’s not good with the names after I spelled my four letter name and she still got it wrong which is not a big deal , but she got the order completely wrong when I told her what I didn’t want on the sandwich ,there’s a huge quality difference in people from this location and every other location just drive 10 minutes down the road on a 55 and get off Richardson Vogel Culver’s they have way better manners everyone will greet you and your food will be the way you order it ,even the manager guy looked away from me after I said hello to get someones attention. I understand everyone has problems in their lives just don’t bring it to work ,there is a huge quality difference in people . Low grade quality workers.
Kirkwood location Culver’s has lots of old people working there and they are 10x harder-working employees than the low grade teenagers and the manager. We should strive to have higher standards we should not accept this quality . people eat this food. And why is so hard to have clean uniforms on the employees. Just sad that this is the standard for some of the people.

This was my first time at Culver’s, it’s kinda out of my way. I ordered at the drive through. They have an interesting setup much like Chik-fila. Service takes a little while longer, but the burger was definitely an upgrade from McDonalds they use real bacon strips! There was a coupon in a local flyer, I used it. I signed up for a free ice cream on my birthday!

1/27/2026 COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT! Arrive for doordash and it was marked completed without any of the desserts made. Mentioned to the employees this is unacceptable. Asked for manager, spoke with Catie MGR and she held my order hostage and was completely rude. Refused to offer any information regarding district manager or owner. Doordash was not received 20+ minutes after marked completed by store. Employees were rude and dismissing as if they were trained to be disrespectful. I’ll never take another dash here and I will report to owner ASAP

While galavanting across the country to visit family during the summer, we stopped at this Culver’s. Culver’s is one of our favorite burger restaurants and somehow we moved to a state that doesn’t have one, and I’m at my wits end about that…truly vexed. The Pretzel Bites and Cheese Curds were delicious and hot. We left satisfied! The service was also great, and the manager on duty was top notch The Culver’s app shows all recent orders and we placed. When I ordered more items I thought my last order had been duplicated. She looked at my phone and instantly knew what the issue was in the app. And assured me I would not be billed twice…which is a comfort while traveling.
