The best service and worst steak(s) I’ve ever had.
The server was super nice and apologetic. But whoever is running the kitchen….. Should probably do something else.
Ordered a steak medium and it came out visibly charred. Cutting into it was tough and it was beyond well done. I mean like SNL skit level cooked.
Ok….. He got busy and forgot it on the grill. Sent it back. It came out like he barely touched it to a hot plate. Super rare. And even if it wasn’t, it was almost entirely gristle and sinew. Just the worst cut I’ve ever had at a steak house.
At this point I just want to go eat somewhere else.

Food and service was premium. Had a birthday steak compliments of my father. Our waitress was kind and attentive even when a little busy. The ny strips hit the spot and loaded baked potato was delicious as well. All in all a great experience from a “franchise” restaurant. I have a service background if that adds any context. Great spot to grab a semi affordable meal in this day and age.

I had an amazing experience at LongHorn Steakhouse thanks to Li! From the moment we were seated, Li provided outstanding customer service. She was attentive, personable, and made sure everything was perfect without us ever having to ask. Our drinks were always refilled on time, our food came out exactly how we ordered, and she checked in just enough to make us feel cared for without being overwhelming.
What really stood out was her warm personality and professionalism, she truly made the dining experience enjoyable. Great food is important, but exceptional service like Li’s is what keeps customers coming back. I will definitely be returning and requesting her again!

I sat at the bar during my visit. The bartender wasn’t particularly friendly, but it felt more like end-of-shift tired than bad service, so no real issue there.
Food-wise, it was a mixed bag. The mac and cheese was actually pretty good, creamy with a nice crust on top. The shrimp were also solid, well-seasoned and cooked properly.
Unfortunately, the steak was a major disappointment. It was tough, lacked flavor, and honestly didn’t feel like what you expect from a steakhouse. That was the low point of the meal and really dragged the experience down.
Overall, some sides and seafood hit the mark, but if you’re coming here primarily for steak, this visit missed badly.

Came here for the first time today and I must say I was shocked at how amazing the food was! The the outlaw steak was delicious, flavorful and fresh. I added garlic butter and salt and mhhhhhhhhh. I brought home the leftovers. The mushrooms were so fresh and flavorful a little salt and it was perfect. Finished that! The side of mac was so creamy surprisingly and cheesy and wonderful brought that home. The bread was good with butter. The drinks were great too. I got the long horn tea and it wasn’t strong but perfect. My husband got a beer and enjoyed it. He liked his burger. The fries were wonderful! The tunion rings was wonderful and not greasy. Would 100% come again and service was wonderful.

This place is totally recommended. The steak is so tender and the price is best ever. If you like to eat good meat have good experience, try their Ny strip and Flo’s filet!

We were pleasantly surprised with how good this place was. We decided to go here after driving by it for years not even thinking about it, but one day I became intrigued and was in the mood for steak, so why not? Honestly, we googled it first not knowing what to expect – people online seem to really like this chain so we got excited.
When we arrived there was a 40 minute wait. The place was poppin. That’s always a good sign. We sat at the bar and got a couple beers and chatted with the bartender who was super nice. We received the text that our table is ready and we were seated, and our waiter Michael was very knowledgeable in helping me decide which steak to get. I ended up going for the Outlaw Ribeye based on his recommendation, and she got the NY Strip (my usual go-to cut).
Food didn’t take long to come out, but we certainly enjoyed the 8 inch solid loaf of STEAMING HOT bread they gave us in the meantime. Let’s just take a minute to appreciate the pre-meal bread & butter. It was fantastic. Take notes, other restaurants.
Our steaks were full of flavor. We both ordered medium. I will say mine was cooked closer to medium-well, but it didn’t take away from the flavor so I just decided to stick with it (I’m not a rare or medium-rare person). That said, I did notify my waiter at the end of the meal and he was apologetic and let me know that they had a new guy on the chargrill, which he admitted was a bad move. I told him it wasn’t an issue since I still enjoyed my steak, but knowing this I will be a bit more picky about the temp of my steak when it comes out next time. Hers was cooked to absolute PERFECTION.
A note about the sides – I had mashed potatotes, she had fries, we both got salads. All of it was fantastic and we ate every last bite. I also got a chocolate lava cake for dessert. It was massive and delicious.
The prices were beyond reproach. Less than $100 for 2 steaks with 2 sides each and 2 drinks and a dessert. We didn’t get any apps because we weren’t really into any of them. Maybe another day we will.
Ultimately – steaks were 4.5/5, service was 5/5, atmosphere was 4.5/5, prices were 5/5. You can’t beat it for a chain restaurant that does not advertise or have any marketing (learned that from our waiter) and goes only by word of mouth. That’s saying something. We will definitely be returning.

LongHorn Steakhouse is always a great place for a quality steak and baked potato. The 8 oz. renegade sirloin was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The baked potato was absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of butter. Very attentive staff, and great atmosphere.
