The person (a white guy with beard) at the drive thru window being so rude to me! Bc there is no one answer me in the intercom after I asked for three times, so I drove the the window tried to see if someone available. Then he got mad and yelled at me that I was not waiting longer enough. I explained I thought no one was there, thats why I drove to the window and asked for help. He still rudely talked to me for over a min. I felt threatened during that moment because the angry face looking at me. I couldnt accept this happened to me. After I saw so much comments about their service and I believe the customer service team have to be aware of.

I hate to be NegativeNathan, however I come to this McD’s Very Frequently, and almost every single time.. I am ignored. I order via Kiosk, I wait patiently, this time in particular right in front of the counter just to see what would happen if the individual passing me My order came face to face with me as they set down the bag, (instead of the usual, i’m sitting down, my order is called, i hurry to the counter only to find my bag sitting there with nobody there to offer a smile, gratitude for the mutual transaction that keeps them in business and keeps me McGriddled up.) And sure enough.
The nice lady set down the bag gave me a strange look and walked away without saying a single word. Call me old fashioned but you know I am a human being.And I deserve to be treated as such, especially when spending money at a business, such as this. Not to rant but I came in here one night and ordered around eight p m, spent twenty minutes finished my food and the manager working that night said to me “you need to leave sir you’ve been here forever, you can’t spend the night here.”
Uhhhh.. its Been 20 minutes, it’s a wonder I keep coming back here.

I ordered large fries with extra salt and a large hici orange drink. No straw and lots of extra salt packets. That is unacceptable. Always make sure the customer has a straw and use the salt shaker to put extra salt on top the fries once it has been placed in the fries holder. And when I order no pickles, please read the order and put on no pickles. (This is like my 3rd 1-star review)

I placed a mobile order, go to pick it up, and I’m told I can’t pick up my order because it doesn’t exist. They then asked me to describe the order so i did and what the price i paid was. The kid says he found it and tells the manager i described the order word for word including the price and the fact the coke was ordered with no ice. The mansger asks me for my last four of my card number which i have no clue what it is. I paid with my apple pay so i listed off the last four that it showed when it pulls up my cards and because that was incorrect i was refused my purchase. I showed prove of charge in my mountain america app, i showed the time and date or purchase in the mc donalds app. What is the purpose of the app thing with the code and order summery if it cant be used to show proof of purchase? I essentially had my money stolen from me. The manager was sure a jerk about it too.

This location has one of the rudest managers ever. There’s a short Hispanic elderly men with white hair he has been working here for decades and I still don’t know why they haven’t gotten rid of him. He’s extremely rude he loves to argue with people for literally no reason, he always gives an attitude towards customers and charges extra money for buffalo sauce ‍♂️ ‍♂️ ‍♂️. Not to mention majority of their employees don’t even wear gloves . They use rotten lettuce and tomatoes on their sandwiches. Do not buy anything from here I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY OF YOUR FOOD FROM THIS DIRTY PLACE. Unless you want to get sick and food poisoning

The food is same as it was when I was a kid, still greasy and very low quality, at a much higher price. They now have kiosks so that they don’t have to work as hard. And the designs are now so stuffy. It lacks personality like it used to have. They was even a guy in there disturbing all their customers and they did nothing. Also, their Wi-fi sucks. I vomited my food shortly after leaving.

Tried to order breakfast 2 days ago. The employee at the cash window was arguing with other employees. We waited almost 5 minutes just to pay, then he rings up someone else’s order, charged my card bi told him it wasn’t my order, coming to find out they never took my order. I drive off without anything, they never reversed the payment. Just ridiculous.

The wait was longer than expected (10- 15 min) and as happens half the time at they didn’t put in any of the sauces with our meal (chicken nuggets). Thank goodness we had chick-fil-a sauces at home. Nice works though.

Very unprofessional service. Heard the guy at the cash register taking an order for some customers in a very grudgingly joking attitude repeatedly as if it was funny while I waited a couple minutes for someone to even acknowledge me so I could pick up an Uber Eats order. The Uber Eats order was obviously not ready, and nobody acknowledged to me really or even asked what I needed help with so I canceled and left. It’s like it’s getting worse at this location.
