We had a wonderful experience at Yasuke Japanese Sushi. The food was excellent, fresh, and beautifully prepared. I ordered the Moody Blue sushi roll along with two tuna nigiri, and everything was incredibly flavorful and high quality. My husband had the beef yakisoba, and he loved it—perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
Benjamin was our server, and he provided outstanding service. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

Benjamin is an amazing server! If you’re looking for a great time ask for him. He also mentioned he created the cien sabores roll and with his great suggestions, I have no doubt the roll is delicious!! We will be trying that one next time!

He took the time to explain different rolls and offered great recommendations that ended up being some of our favorites.
Benjamin checked on us regularly without ever being intrusive and made sure our drinks were refilled and everything came out just right. His positive attitude and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious but Benjamin’s service is what will bring us back.

My sister had recommended Yasuke before so I decided to take her for an early dinner. The food was perfect: the korokke was crispy and fresh, the katsu curry was delicious. Our server Benjamin was attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu, we enjoyed his recommendations. Very good experience, I plan to come again.

Came here with some friends and oh my god the food was amazing even the dessert was 10/10. I didn’t know what to expect but I would definitely come by again. Our waiter Benjamin was also really great. It was a busy day (valentine’s) but he still made sure to check in on us and had an upbeat vibe to him which is great to see especially with the rush. He’s pretty fast and attentive so if you want a good quick service, he’s your guy. It’s a abit pricey (about $20 per person’s plate) but I say the prices are worth it for the big bowl of ramen plus even the slice of cake I wanna say is worth the price ($10) for how good it was which says a lot that the kitchen staff still make sure to give quality food despite how busy it is and are pretty fast too since we got our food maybe about 20 or so minutes after ordering. Definitely give it a try if you’re curious about it. My group and I had a good time here and would definitely love to come again.

I always tell people the best sushi I’ve ever had is here at Yasuke. The Lobster Roll is my favorite, and again, no one else has come close to this one. The amazing menu offers a variety that helps scratch off my wide spread craving. I always stop by when I pull into town. So obviously, I’ll be back again
