Gabe delivered an absolute 100/10 dining experience. From the moment we sat down, his service was fast and fantastic. He was extremely friendly—especially with the kids—which made our whole table feel comfortable and welcomed.
What really stood out was his patience and attention to detail. Gabe routinely came back with refills before we even had to ask, which is rare and very much appreciated. He also checked in multiple times to make sure our food was still good and that everything met our expectations.
It’s clear Gabe genuinely cares about providing great service. Whatever he gets paid honestly isn’t enough for the level of professionalism and kindness he brings to the table. Olive Garden is lucky to have him, and we’ll definitely be hoping to sit in his section again.

We stopped at this Olive Garden because it was conveniently located near our hotel. We signed up for the online waiting list and were seated promptly after checking in. Our waitress, Sara, was great! Very welcoming and checked with us often to make sure we had everything we needed and happy with our food and drinks. I noticed other waiters and waitresses were also really good about this too. This restaurant seems like it’s really well managed with well trained staff like Sara, who are commited to making your meal enjoyable.

It is crazy how, even at a chain restaurant, experiences can vary so wildly. My dinner tonight was so enjoyable. The food was really good but, as i have found in my travels, the service is what sets places apart. I ate at the bar and the bartender Jake was fantastic.
So many meals for someone that travels are forgettable. Thank you, Jake, for making this one stand out.

Apparently there were several new people in the kitchen so it took a little while to get our food. Also, when I order wine I want a nice beautiful glass CLEAN and SHINY! The glass of Chianti I ordered was filthy – it was cloudy, sticky, had lipstick in several places along the rim. I must say the waitress was great, the food was perfect! Thank you for a nice dinner. Just clean the glass wear!

I had an outstanding experience tonight thanks to our waitress. I mentioned that I have a beef allergy, and she immediately took it very seriously and followed proper protocol by bringing her manager over to confirm everything. I have never felt so safe and taken care of while dining out.
She was extremely professional, very communicative, and checked in often to make sure I had everything I needed. She was quick, attentive, and genuinely kind the entire time. I really want management and the restaurant to know how excellent Elizabeth did tonight with our dinning. This was truly top-tier service, and she made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

We finally made our way back to Olive Garden. Dining on a Saturday is as busy as ever but it didn’t stop the team from performing as best as they could. We never expect servers and workers to provide their service perfectly but we appreciate effort and that is what we received tonight. The Server we had tonight took us by surprise.(Jake J) Outstanding attentiveness, great memory on our orders, and his knowledge of the menu was astonishing. He provided great recommendations such as the Zuppa Toscana soup. I don’t try soups but this one tucked me in. I went for two bowls and by the time my entree came I was near full. Anyway our experience became whole due to Jake’s welcoming presence, kindness, and duty to serve the customer the best he could. Proud to say I enjoyed this experience more than any of my past experiences due to our Server. Would recommend 9.5/10

I absolutely loved the service there our sever was so trendy and nice and had a positive attitude. Other servers seemed to be very friendly to no attitudes at all. Food was pretty amazing in this location anyway. We ended up tipping 22% on a pill of 50 so it ended up being 75.

I’ve never had this issue. They’ve always been spot on. However, I had a to-go order. I got home. I had no sauce on my Alfredo. BUT!!! I called them. They made it right, and even let me keep the “messed up” order while providing additional sauce for, and provided a new plate, WITH fresh breadsticks!
Mistakes happen. Especially for busy restaurants. I’m just glad they were so awesome to work with.
