I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Barbeque Nation, Sector 20B, Faridabad. From the moment we entered, the ambience felt warm and welcoming, and the staff made sure everything was taken care of with perfection. The live grill on the table and the endless variety of starters set the mood just right – every bite was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The buffet spread was equally impressive with a wide range of dishes and an indulgent dessert section that left us more than satisfied.
A special mention to Ram Kumar, who served us with exceptional hospitality. His attentiveness, polite nature, and constant smile truly elevated our dining experience. He made sure our plates were never empty, customized things as per our taste, and checked on us regularly without being intrusive. People like him make a huge difference in creating memorable dining moments.
Overall, this branch is top-notch in food quality, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommended for families, friends, or anyone who loves great food paired with great service. Hats off to the management and especially to Ram Kumar for making our visit so delightful!

This is second time I am posting a review about Food and Service of this Particular Barbeque Nation.
Last month I ordered a thali Which was delivered cold.
Today I order Half portion of Dum Biryani from there very famous Brand Dum Safar Biryani. First of all they didn’t follow the instructions and Secondly the quality is so questionable that I am not going to order or visit this particular in Pacific Mall Sector 21. I received Biryani with Plain Curd not even raita. Also there were only 3 pices of chicken which where even smaller than the size of my Spoon.

The experience I faced yesterday was absolutely unacceptable. The food served to us was uncooked, with visible blood a serious health and hygiene violation. When I raised this concern, the staff didn’t even bother to respond for nearly 20 minutes.
Instead of taking responsibility, they kept forcing me to eat the main course, even after it was clear that the food was unhygienic and unsafe to consume. No customer should be pressured to eat something that poses a health risk.
After almost 40 minutes of unnecessary debate and zero accountability, I was still made to pay the full bill despite not being able to finish my meal. This reflects shockingly poor service standards and complete disregard for customer safety, respect, and basic hospitality. I strongly condemn such behaviour and expect strict action from the management.

We recently hosted a retirement party for 45 guests and the experience was outstanding. As our guests arrived gradually over time our hosts—Jaya, Sarika, and Sudama—managed the flow perfectly.
They were incredibly attentive to our instructions and handled the crowd with grace. Jaya and Sarika, in particular, were “on their toes” the entire event, ensuring every guest was well-attended to. Because of their hard work, we were able to stop worrying about the hosting duties and actually enjoy the delicious food and wonderful arrangements.

Firstly, I would like to thank Jaya for her kind hospitality and polite demeanor, which truly became the essence of our entire experience at BBQ Nation Dwarka. Her attentiveness and courtesy made us feel genuinely welcomed.
The food was outstandingly delicious. Although we didn’t try the main course this time, the grills, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, were exceptional in taste. The chicken and prawns were perfectly cooked and packed with rich, sumptuous flavours. I’m usually not a fan of vegetarian food, but BBQ Nation changed that for me. The veg options were so well prepared that I ended up enjoying quite a lot of them.
We were so full from the grills that there wasn’t much space left for the main course, but I’m definitely looking forward to returning and indulging in it next time. I especially loved the prawn and corn grills, and the veg kebabs were equally tasty. To end the meal, I tried most of the salads, which were fresh, flavorful, and very appetizing.
Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
