We’re across the street from the Cloverdale Rodeo Grounds, so you can visit us for a bite and drink before heading to the rodeo! We are close to major highways and we’re the last stop for a good bite before the USA Canadian border. Never again! We have been regulars with Cloverdale Original Joe’s and tonight I had the worst meal and service I have ever had in any restaurant I have been to. I was looking forward to having a nice break from cooking tonight and we decided on this restaurant. It turned out to be a nightmare! First of all it took forever for us to be seated, then we ordered and it took forever for our meals to arrive. Then, we finally receive our food. I immediately eat the fries then went to pick up my Whiskey BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger and the bun was cold. I thought it was because I waited too long to eat it. But, when I bit into it, the bun was hard and still frozen. I told our server and she sent it back. My family was done their meal and I was still waiting. I asked a different server because our server was nowhere to be seen. She went to the kitchen and that took forever, more waiting. Then she comes back with my meal in a plastic container. I was confused, I didn’t ask for my meal to go. I told her I didn’t want it in a container. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me she took off 50% from our bill and basically I should be happy with this. I told her if I wanted a take out meal I would have just stayed home and did Door Dash. She continued to argue that I should be happy that they are compensating me and give them some credit. I would have been happier if she asked me if I would like my meal to go and give me a bit of a discount, but all I got was a terrible attitude. I can’t give credit for that. She continued to argue with me even when I told her I was done and do not want to discuss any further. She slams the credit card machine on the table with a scowl on her face. So, I take my take order home, by this time I lost my appetite. I open the carton and the bun was overdone on top but, when I poked into the middle it was still partially frozen. It went into the trash. No dinner for me. Worst restaurant experience ever and we will definitely not be returning to or even Door Dashing ever again from Cloverdale Original Joe’s.

Buns are too cake-y sadly, pulled pork otherwise good. The shrimp is very sauced – too sweet as well for my taste.

I love beef dip. I’m a huge fan of the Brown’s French Dip ….. however I think OJs has them beat. It was amazing. Great service, great food, lots of parking. We’ll definitely be back.

I came in with a group of friends to have lunch and some drinks. I Split the chicken wrap with my hubby and it is delicious. We have had it before.
I believe our server’s name was Quinn and he was So amazing as he was fun energetic had great recommendations and a great personality. There was another girl working there as well. She has actually served me in the past and she was equally as good and even when seating us she was super awesome. All in all a great experience, we will definitely be back many times more.

Came in tonight and had the dry rib special, great service and great dry ribs! They were super busy tonight and the girls were working really hard. Had 2 patios joe cocktails and a crispy chicken burger to share with my son. Everything was wonderful! Staff were great!

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Naya. She was incredibly attentive without ever interrupting our conversation. I was with a friend who has a long list of food restrictions due to ongoing allergy testing, and at first they were only planning to order tea. Naya took the time to carefully review the restrictions, checked directly with the kitchen, and used her knowledge to create a menu option. Because of her effort and care, my friend was able to adjust their order and actually enjoy a meal without any issues.
Beyond that, Naya was friendly, funny, easy-going, and genuinely eager to make sure we were fully taken care of. Her professionalism and kindness made a big difference in our experience, and we felt completely at ease in her care. Truly outstanding service!

The service was great. Waitress was excellent. However not the kitchen. Took over a hour to get the food. The waitress kept apologizing for the long wait. Food was not fit for human consumption . Fries were cooked in horrible old oil. The meat in burger was related to hockey pucks. Waitress felt really bad for us and offered free deserts. Never again

Service was quick, friendly and helpful. We were seated right away despite not having a reservation. Dining area was clean and has a pub feel to it. Food was fresh and the fish burger was very large indeed. Side of onion rings was delicious.

Nya made our night so awesome—even though it was busy, she made time for us, and gave prompt service! She even let us know about happy hour when we thought it wasn’t happening on weekends. The food was so amazing too—really reasonably priced, and great quality!
